Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer,as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on work, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimeter) in depth, 1.5 m(one point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm(ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m,(one point five metre) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls,return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets,coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills,fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand) : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeters nominal size). as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals.

Back filling with granular material behind abutements, wing walls, return walls and retaining walls complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 1204.3.8 as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5mtr. (one point five meter) transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000mtr. (one thousand meter) as per technical specification clause 301.5.,as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing weep holes in brick/stone masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls, return walls, retaining walls and breast wall with 110mm( one hundred ten millimeter) dia PVC pipe De-plast/finolex/ vectus pipe having pressure 4kg.per centimeter square. (four kilograme per centimeter square ) extending through the full width of the structures with slopes of I(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Extra for laying stone work in or under water and/or liquid mud including cost of pumping or bailing out water and removing slush etc. complete,as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregated 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand,compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern,as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals.
