Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of bending to shape and tying in position and forming grills for all R.C.C works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Dadooing of walls with printed design glazed tiles of size 15cm x15cmx6mm laid in cm 1:2 10mm thick and pointing with white cement

Supplying and Fixing of European Water closet with "P" or " S" Trap and with ISI mark. The cost is includs of double flapped PVC seat cover, PVC pipe 110mm dia and all internal fittings and with necessary CI Brakets 12mm brass nipple 15mm dia chromium plated broiwn headwd stop cock of approved quality with ISI mark and nylon connection including fixing the same to wall and giving nessary water supply connection to the European water closet with 12.50 lits capacity porcelin low level flushing Tank with all internal fittings. The European water closet should be fixed on the floor using counter sunk bolts and nuts and necessary teak wood plugs, clamps screws etc., including dismantling the floor or wall wherever necessary and redoing the same to their original condition etc., as per standared specification etc complete.

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm colour glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with Sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two Sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia PVC pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
