Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells , cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:All kinds of soil:

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Including all carriages and leads).

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super-structure above plinth level upto floor V level including curing in: cement motar 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 coarse sand) (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 64graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (Including all carriages and leads).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) (Including all carriages and leads).

Steel work in built up tubular (round.square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and holted with special shaped washers etc, complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work.

Supply and filling of RBM in layers , consolidating each layer by ramming and watering including all leads and carriages complete.
