Routine and minor maintenance /equipment cleaning / housekeeping of all fire water pump house/ booster pump house/ leakage work and other associated work are as below of fire fighting system of U# 1 to 4 Phase - I & II , (4x250 MW) CTPP, Chhabra. (As per PART-II of G-Schedule and Scope of work)

1.11 Transportation and refilling of HSD in diesel engine oil tanks 1.12 Checking of Battery, gravity, distilled water level, minor maint, and topping up the level. 1.13 Changing of oil in diesel pumps. 1.14 Changing of water level in heat exchanger of diesel engine and topping up. Skilled Manpower

1.15 Attending minor defects of NRVs and replacement of gasket. 1.16 Routine checking and cleaning attending leakage and minor maint. Of deluge valves at different locations and elevation including resetting recording water/air pressure. 1.17 Routine checking and attending minor defects of gate valves of various sizes. Attending leakage & tightening of glands. Gasket etc. 1.18 Routine checking, cleaning and attending leakage & minor maint of Butter fly valves at different locations. 1.19 Checking & cleaning of nozzles, detectors of various transformers/LDO & HFO etc. 1.20 Checking & cleaning of nozzles of coal conveyors/cable galleries & up keeping of pump house & office.
