Laying Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement,four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and basement including watering if found necessary and laid inlayers of 15cm thick, and consolidated including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to work site all labour and incidental charges etc,. complete complying with standard specifications.(TNBP No.28)

Providing steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 1:10/1:20 up to 3.29m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee beams, bed blocks, Culvert body walls, deck slabs, retaining walls, staircase, Landing slab, landing beams, canopy etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90mm x60mmx10gauge stiffened into welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx6mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cmx 6.5cm spaced at 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 15cm c/c including cost of nails, ropes, all labour charges and incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP Spl. Random rubble masonry in CM 1:5 (one cement, five sand) using best new rough and bond stones including simultaneous pointing above ground level with the same mortar including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per Standard specification

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one cement and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for Reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of shuttering, and cost of reinforcement but including cost and conveyance of materials to work site, all labour charges and incidental charges for mixing and laying concrete,finishing the surface nearly rough, compacting using vibrators, curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP No.30)

Supplying, fabrication and placing in position of steel reinforcement using mild steel (or) ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending rods, tieing into grills, placing in position etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.( TNBP No: 15886)

Ceiling plastering with CM 1:3 mix, 10mm thick (one cement & three sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials finishing curing and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Plastering with c.m 1: 4,( one cement ,four sand ) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to the site and all labour chargea etc complete -10M2

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian type colour glazed water closet of size 23" with P or S trap and with foot rest and packing with brick broken jelly lime concrete 1:2:5, 100mm thick using 40mm brick jelly ISS gauge and finished to sludge out any leakage and default including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications

Supplying and fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550 X 400 mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm diametre brass chromium plated piller tape,32 mm diametre C.P. Waste union, 32 mm diametre P.V.C. waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm diametre G.M.wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple, 15mm dia nylon connections etc., including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with a pair of C.I. brackets with teak wood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and paintiung the brackets with two coats of paint over a primimg coat of anticorrosive paint including testing for leackage etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Supplying and fixing of MS grills for doors, windows and ventilators as directed by departmental officers including cost of MS grills, red oxide primer one coat and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Paving the floor with Plain Ceramic tile of all Colour approvel make and quality and colour in C.M 1:3 20mm thick and pointing with white cement including finishing, jointing and polshing with glosey finish etc. complete.

Supplying and paving the floor with design ceramic antiskid tiles of approved brand and quality (Colour/shade of the ceramic tiles shall be got approved by the departmental officers concerned) of size 200mm X 200mm x 6mm in all flooring over a base mortar using of cement mortar 1 : 3 ( One cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in situ tructo alignment and pointed with colour cement (White cement mixed with colouring pigment) to suit the colour and shade of the ceramic tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scribing clean remove of dire etc. complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc. complete as per standard specification
