Supplying,fitting, fixing and erecting 3mm thick Sqm Transparent Polycarbonate Sheet as per I.S.14443-1997 of approved colour of GE- LEXAN/VMI Plastic "SUNLITE" or equivalent in Roof, Side, Gabbies, Walls, End Louvers etc. including cutting of sheets for proper lapping and length as per approved drawing, supply of necessary bolts with nuts and washers with standard bituminus washers etc. as required complete in all respect to make the entire roofing watertight and leak proof, (No extra payment will be made for over lapping and payment will be made for clear area only.)

Supplying,fitting,erecting & fixing UPVC pipes Metre 160mm dia of Brand supreme or similar make etc. with necessary connections/fastening. The rate also includes making scaffolding, making holes to the existing walls/structure etc an making ood the same, providing proper alligment as directed including all lift & lead complete in all respect.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of bend of 160mm dia Numbers (O.D) with required degree with access door UPVC fittings of Brand SUPREMEor similar as per IS14735-99 including supply of rubber ring, jointing lubricant i.e. solvent cement or other consumables as recommended by the manufacturers complete in all respect on all floors. Supplying , manufacturing and fixing in position Each with all riveting /bolting as required bell mouth piece made from plain aluminium sheet of 2.00 mm thickness for connection rain water pipes with gutter as per direction of site engineer with contractor's labour, materails, tools & plants etc. complete in all respect.

Supply , preparation& finishing 3mm thick flow Sqm applied Epoxy resin based floor topping Nitoflor SL 4000 or similar over 2mm Highstrength selfsmoothing Epoxy underlay Nitoflor EU5 or similar with the following operation a) surface preparation:- surface shall be prepared by mile scarfication to get Mechanical key effect to the primer and the concrete surface for ensuing maximum bonding. strong degreease shall be used to remove the oil deposit on the concret. Dust and loose particles shall be cleaned using vaccum cleaners. b) After surface preparation supply and application of Nitoflor TF5000 or similar in all the construction joint & pot holes after removing all the exiting filter materials from the joints and pot holes and clean properly. Nitoprime 25 or similar to be applied in the joints and pot holes before the application of Nitoflor IF 5000 or similar C) Priming:-Applying of primer Nitoprime 25M or similar after mixing the base and bardener mechanically using a slow speed heavey duty drilling machine (400 to 500rmp) lifted with suitable paddle to achieve homogeneous mix and applied on prepared surface . d) Base layer:- supply and application of Nitoflo EU5 or similar, a high strength self smoothing Epoxy underlay is appling as the base layer, after mixing the base hardner and fulter components throughly and poured into the primed surface and spread evenly to maintain the required thickness @ 2mm using a serrated trowel followed by that spike roller shall be rolled over the levelled underlay to remove any entrapped air and allowed to cure for a day. e) Appliation of Nitoflor Sl 4000 or similar:- supply and applicaton of Nitoflor SL 4000 or similar over the prepared surface after mixing machanically the two components using heavy duty drilling machine until achieving a homogeneous mix. and spread on the prepared area using serrated trowel for thickness of 3mm spike roller shall be rolied over to remove the entrapped air.

Laying 15mm thick hardened topping on Sqm concrete surface with 1 part metallic floor hardener, 4 parts cement and 9 parts by weight hard stone chips of size 6mm mixed and laid as per specification.
