REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE OF WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION LINES, WATER SUPPLY ASSETS FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM, FIRE PUMPS, MS PIPES AND CONNECTED ITEMS OF NEWLY TAKEN OVER BUILDINGS FROM CCE RND AT DRDL/ASL UNDER GE(I) RND KANCHANBAGH, HYDERABAD

Dismantling the Monoblock/centrifugal pump set of 3 to 5 HP capacity 3 ph, 415V, AC, 50Hz after disconnection of electric/ pipe connections and providing dummy plates to suction and delivery lines, Shifting to the reputed workshop for repairs and replacing of minor spare parts like gaskets, packings, nuts, bolts and washers etc, and greasing, reassembling and replacement of other major parts as required and factory testing the rated flow discharge of the pump shifting to the original location and reconnecting of pipes/ electric connections at site and testing to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge. Note : Parts like impellars, shafts, bearings, seal and lantern rings will measured and paid seperately under relevant items of Sch A.
