Disconnection, dismounting, dismantling of existing Air Handling Units of post Operative ward , recovery ward and Urology one by way by using skilled manpower, tools and tackles, chain pulley block & safety items etc. The old AHU’s shall be shifted to the place identified by site Engineer in the premised of SKIMS and handling over to condemnation /disposal department SKIMS Soura after obtaining proper receipt. The job includes cleaning of surfaces and places and removing unwanted and scrap items by using shifting trolley.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of hot water and chilled water piping of M.S “C” class ERW pipes including fittings such as bends, flanges, gaskets, nuts & bolts, etc. of below mention dia. The pipe work shall be supported by hangers, brackets made out of structural steel sections like ISA 50x50x5mm, as per site requirement fixed with ceiling, walls by means of metallic dash fasteners. The job also includes painting of pipes & structural supports with two coats of red oxides primer followed by two coats of enamel paint.

Providing and fixing of glass wool insulation of 50mm thick of 80 kg/m³ density duly covered with aluminum cladding of 26 SWG over the Cooling & Heating pipe (25mm, 40 mm dia, 50 mm dia, 65 mm dia pipe )along with clamps, studs, nuts bolts, hangers etc.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of butter fly valves with stain less steel disc and EPDM liner of PN 1.6 ratings of following dia

Providing and fixing of dial type mercury filled thermometer of temperature measuring range 0⁰ to 150⁰ C at supply/return chilled and hot water pipe line.
