Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed and removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed

(Note for item No. 1.00 & 2.00 :- Serviceable tiles/paver blocks shall be segregated and stacked carefully to reuse)

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar and removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type A1 (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs under reamed pillars and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type A1 (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in column, pillars, piers, post and struts complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type A1 (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

Materials and Labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for TMT bars 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Mild steel screw bolt (Machine made) diameter of neck 16 to 20 mm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be filled with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10cm but n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel framed work s as per item no. 22.00 above but for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing rolled mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment (Fe 290 Gde-E 165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing rolled mild steel section including hollow section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A/Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for providing heavy duty Virified Ceramic tiles 300x300x10 mm thick, polished, premium quality of colour as approved, in floors, paths, hardstanding etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cmx20cmx/30cm x 30 cm size, 25 mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement mixed with pigments to match with the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 20mm thick granite slabs of any type (table rubbed and polished) on riser of steps,skirting,dado, pillar and like, set and jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite including necessary moulding at edges laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size laid as directed to any shape complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Serviceable paver blocks obtained against item No. 1.00 & 2.00 shall be reused)

Materials and labour for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand Complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base of floors etc. finished the surface of concrete even and rough complete all as specified and directed.
