Opening of manhole doors in 5.0m elevation and closing all the manhole doors after inspection and completion of other rectification works including hire charges T&P required, consumables and all labour charges etc.,
Strengthening the wornout portion and arresting the punctures in SS area by welding in ESP A,B,C&D pass hoppers including hire charges for T&P required, SS welding electrodes and consumables etc.,
Strengthening the wornout portion and arresting the punctures in MS area by welding in ESP A,B,C&D pass hoppers including hire charges for T&P required, MS welding electrodes and consumables etc.,
Charges for strengthening the hopper center supporting structure (one hopper centre supporting structures = 05 nos of various length of pipe support) this work involves complete dismantling of supporting structure pipes and positioning and welding the ESP hopper.,
Clearing of ash chock in ESP Hoppers/APH & Duct Hoppers. This work involves dismantling of dome valves, spool piece for clearing the ash and then reassembling of plate valve and dome valve etc., including T&P’s consumables and labour charges etc.,
Removing the 250 NB & 300 NB dome valves from the line, dismantling the valves, Inspection of seal & other parts, reconditioning & replacing of wornout seal & Other parts if necessary, reassembling the valve and fixing with line in Proper manner as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Removing the 100 NB & 150 NB dome valves from the line, dismantling the valves, Inspection of seal & other parts, reconditioning & replacing of wornout seal & Other parts if necessary, reassembling the valve and fixing with line in Proper manner as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling and removing of 400NB Dome valve from Fly ash conveying pipe line silo top side and replacement of wornout internal spares like Dome, top plate, dome seal, bush, bearing, seal plate etc., and assembling of dome valve in the conveying line in Proper manner as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Opening the manhole of the Bag filter unit in Fly ash Buffer hopper after due isolation, and after sufficient cooling dismantling air purging line, removal of all the Bag filters one by one, bringing the Bag filter outside the housing, cleaning with compressed air, checking of bag filter/cage any damage or in the cage and refitting all the bag filters in position, and closing the man hole as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Including hire charges T&P required, consumables and all labour charges etc.,
Removing the 200NB & 250 NB sleeve coupling from the line, dismantling the coupling, inspection of seal & other parts reconditioning/replacing of worn-out seal & other parts if necessary, reassembling the coupling and fixing with line in proper manner as per the direction of Engineer in-charge
Replacing the of damaged fluidizing pad & arresting punctures in ESP buffer hopper fluidizing pad and reassembling with new fluidizing pad (if necessary) in proper manner as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
