Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base/ floor/ plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality aggregates including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per Specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Cutting bituminous road surfaces and reinstating the same with serviceable matetrial and PCC including scrapping wherever required including disposal of unserviceable materials at identified places within Colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(PCC shall be paid separetly under relevant item)

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brickwork 230 mm thick using bricks as specified using readymix cement mortar 1:4 in including curing, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone in cement mortar 1:6 including raking out joints, simultaneously flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses of each layer, curing, 110mm dia Weep holes of SN8 Quality UPVC pipes at etc. complete all as per specifications, directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing PVC SWR Pipe 100 mm ø for weep hole in drain / nullah walls as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Raised and cut pointing to stone work with readymix cement mortar 1:4, including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified below including curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of following grade in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

a) M-30 For all type of Structural / RCC Elements

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements and Misc works including transporting, pumping /manually etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. (Note:- i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities substructure. iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc.complete. iv) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure).

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation plinth at all levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications,drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. (NOTE:- The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment).

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL only.

Supplying and fixing supporting frame using Galvanised Iron section work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. for cladding work at all levels and locations as per site condition, drawing and pattern as required at site, embedding inside masonry/ concrete wall, cutting of reinforcement if any including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position using 10 dia. Anchor fasterners of M/s Hilti and applying zinc coating of 460 gsm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 including welding and bolted with special shaped washers including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Note:- 1. All Sections Shall be of Grade YST 240 confirming to IS : 4923-2017 & all rolled sections shall be of Grade E250 confirming to IS : 2062-2011 unless notted otherwise..

Providing and fixing anchor fastener ANCHOR HIT-V-5.8 M12x220 injecting with HIT -RE 500 V4 Epoxy mortar along with the anchor fastener in all RCC works wherever required and at all floor and locations including drilling hole of required diameter upto required depth as per structural design by mechanical means, cleaning holes, fixing anchor fastener, scaffolding, wastage etc. complete as per drawing and Hilti specifications and as directed Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated with high durable polyster paint G.I. CRCA 0.5mm (min.) thick steel sheets manufactured by M/s. Safintra sheets of other approved equivalent make in Trimflute profile fixing over structural steel members on terraces including necessary ridges and gable ends, vally and 200mm overlapping, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine with bituminous washers / G.I. bolt of 8mm. The base metal shall be CRCA steel as per IS: 513, having minimum yield strength of 240 MPA and minimum UTS of 280 MPa galvanized to 120 gsm zinc coating mass (total both sides) as per IS: 277, conforming to AS:35366 class 3 of Rustshield / corroshield make etc. all complete as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & fixing 10/18mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet), Rajashree Plastiwood or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc including dismantling the existing plywood/A.C sheet shutters, removing and refixing of architraves with necessary screws, stacking serviceable material and disposing off debris out side Anushakti Nagar colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.. Note: The entire shutter shall be jointless shutter.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with POP over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and depositing serviceable material to dept store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Supplying, laying and formation of water bound macadam (WBM) subbase with 90-40 mm single stone aggregate, stones screenings 12.5 mm in single/ Two layers of 150 mm thick laid loose and consolidated to 115 mm thickness including breaking stone if required,screening, sorting, spreading to regular line, leveltemplate and supplying and binding with murrum,watering, consolidating each layer properly with 8 to 10tonnes power roller including cost of all materials,labour, finishing to proper gradients, camber etc.complete all as per speciications and as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and comapcting Factorymade Wet Mix macadam using 50mm I.R.C. hard trapmetal & blended with 25% lime including premixing ofmaterial with water in mixing plant for Wet mixmacadam, carraiage of mixed material by tipers to siteand sprading mechanically and compacting it by 8 to 10ton power roller, watering all etc. complete all as directedby the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying hot mixed hot laid 38 mm average consolidated thickness premixed bituminous macadamover existing surface including filling pot holes and roadcuts using approved graded I.R.C. metal 32 mm down 3.7% to 4.7 % bituminous of grade 60/70 including theW.B.M. road by removing loose material from potholesand existing road surface with wire brushing, broomingand mechanical spreading, machine laying, bituminouscourse to correct line and grade, camber etc. completecompacting thoroughly with 10/12 Tone power rollerincluding applying a tack coat of bitumen 60/70 grade @7.5 kg./10 Sq.M. specifications all as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying hot mixed hot laid premixed bituminous seal coat of 12 mm consolidated thicknessover asphalt macadam as wearing course on roadsurfaces using 7.5% bituminous grade 60/70 includingmachine mixing, laying by mechanical spreadingmachine and compacting thoroughly by 10/12 Tonepower roller etc. to correct level and line, grade, camberapplying a tack coat of bitumen 60/70 grade @ 7.5Kg./10 Sq.M. etc. complete all as per specifications andas directed by the EIC.

Painting the lane marking strips 2.5 mm thick on asphalted / concrete road surfaces , mechanically with Retroreflective thermoplastic road marking of approved shade of THERMOLINE of M/s. Asian Paints ltd. Or approved equivalent confirming to BS 3262 PART 1 / 1989 or latest version, including heating the raw material to 180 -200 degree Celsius in the pre heater with adequate agitation till it becomes homogenised liquid for painting , including cleaning painting on pedestrian crossing, speed breakers etc including providing all safety measures like barricading the roads, dividers etc complete all as per specification of the manufacturers and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing and refixing of RCC/CI/SFRC/MS chamber cover of verious size i.e.1200X900,900X600, 400X400mm after raising of chamber height including breaking, dismatling cement concetre and making the same, finishing with cement neat finish etc. all Complete as directed by the EIC. (Brickwork, Plaster and Cement concrete 1:2:4 will be paid in relevant Item)

Providing and fixing Hydraulically pressed factory made kerb stones full bull nose /half battered from approved manufacturers like M/s Super Tiles or other approved equivalent , made up of cement concrete grade not less than M-30 and having size 500 X 325 X 125 mm / 500 X 250 X 125 , of approved including removing the existing kerb stone stacking at designated place by EIC, necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:3:6 for foundation below kerb stone etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Labour charges for removing existing Kerb stones and raising the bottom level by PCC 1:3:6 andrefixing the Kerb stones into line and level, jointingwith cement mortar 1:3, curing &including painting etc complete all asas directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing colored paving chequered cement tiles of approved Shot blasted finish top surface of 30mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm of M/s.Super Tiles(Super precast and Infrastructure) or equivalent approved manufacturers as per approved design,pattern,shade for flooring and dado/skirting laid over concrete parking or footpath in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 bedding and jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade including filling the joints and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick (min.) factory made reflective (Glossy/ Smooth finish ) interlocking paver blocks of approved make & Bruce/ Colorado shape of (M/S.Super tile or other approved Equivalent), approved colour, shade, size, shape paver blocks manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-35. including supplying & laying 50 mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with the surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceale materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony,including taking permission from statutory authority etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 80 mm thick (min.) factory made reflective (Smooth finish) interlocking paver blocks of approved make (M/S.Super tile or Equivalent) approved colour, shade, size, shape glossy paver blocks manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-40 including supplying & laying 50 min thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with the surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceable materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony, including taking permission from statutory authority etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting the Kerb stones of both existing and new ones in pattern with two coats of flat oil paint of approved colour and shade over one coat of approved primer including preparing the surface by brushing manually/washing with water jets wherever required and complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel for sign boards / structural steel / staircase hand rail with 2mm thick perforated stainless sheet panels using seamless pipe/tube of designed dia pipe, Square, tees, angles, plate and other sectiones as required for hand rail/grab rail /structural steel work with brushed finished/satin matt finished at stair case & lobby / passage and other locations as required, at all floors & levels conforming to SS-304 grade of steel and Relevant schedule, as per pattern & design shown in drawing / directed by Arch., EIC including necessary S.S bend, tees,brackets, base/cover plate and holders clamps to hold pans in all size & shapes etc welding/nut bolt necessary anchoring, polishing and fixing in concrete/brick wall with S.S lugs/anchor fasteners ,making pockets, concreting, making good the surfaces including all wastages etc. as per specifications drawings,including removing existing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

With SS-304 including all specials fittings,brackets etc.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished granite stone/marble stone as mentioned followings for wall topping, dado, wall cladding, flooring etc. and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required and depositing serviceable material to dept store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

a) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished granite stone of approved colour and shade and surface finish for for flooring and horizontal surface laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including required round moulding, grove marking & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

b) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished granite stone of approved colour and shade and surface finish for counter/dado/ skirting /cladding /staircase riser with stone slabs of various size in pattern including 12 mm thick 1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding for fixing etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

c) 18 mm thick granite stone of approved shade,colour and finish for flooring / staircase tread with stone slabs including edging, full half round moulding, machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish, making 3 rows of 5 mm X 5mm grooves by machine and including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding.

d) 18 mm thick granite stone of approved colour and shade with approved finishing for flooring/ramp with 100 mm wide strip with stone slabs of required size & fixing in pattern including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding including polishing / edgeing to exposed face etc. complete.

Providing and laying of Kotah stone for Flooring at all floors & levels using min 25 mm thick hand cut machine polished on all exposed surfaces kotah stone slabs laid over CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) bedding including curing hand polishing removing/ dismantling the existing with bedding/ backing mortar and disposing off debris out side colony etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. (Disposal of debries outside colony shall be paid under relevant item).

Carry Artistic Painting with oil based paint on wall surface including paint material, surface preparation, painting as per approved drawing, Theme, shade etc. All complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In charge.

Providing and fixing FRP art sculpture , with LED light as per specification made of FRP having size 900 X 600 X 2100 mm of approved color, shape, design, thickness, hollow/full body, and as per approved manufacturere specification etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing FRP terracota pot as per specification made of FRP having size 300 X 900/ 400 X 1200 / 500 X 1500mm of approved color, pot shape, design, thickness, hollow/full body, and as per approved manufacturere specification etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing Polycorbonate sheet with approved pattern/drawing/sketch as per specification of approved size, color, shape, design, thickness, hollow/full body, and as per approved specification etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.
