Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work / concrete surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium Grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) of approved design /pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window with U frame and C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws@200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5.5 mm thick plain tinted sheet glass fixed to aluminium windows/ doors & partitions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone of size (550 x 550 mm) as in flooring (including skirting) laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as a single piece in stair case steps/riser flooring laid over 10 mm screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gun metal, globe or gate valves 25 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gun metal, globe or gate valves 50 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ball brass valves 25 mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pits with sub class 'B' bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) of size 600 x 600 x 600 mm (internal dimension) with one brick walling and 750 mm x 750 mm x 100 mm base foundation with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 10 mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) on internal & exposed surfaces including MS cover of size 75 x 75 cm made out from 3 mm thick MS sheet incuding 30 x 30 x 5 mm angle iron framing on MS cover as well as on top wall of the valve pit & painting of the MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed per drg No.CELZ/TD/620.
