PART- B (Item Rate Basis)

(A) Fogging for entire OPH premises inside and out side open Ares. Method: Thermal fogging with machinery chemicals: Pyrethrin or Deltamethrin or equivalent. (B) Spraying for larva control & general spraying for mosquito control inside rooms of OPH, toilets & common area, wall etc. Method: -Hand Sprayer Chemical - Lamda Cyphoretrin of Fipronil one equivalent. (Period Monthly). Twice in a month and as per requirment and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
