Removing existing unserviceable back frame and S&F new back frame made out of shesham wood duly canned in godrej as specified and shown in Drg No FD-75. Wooden portion shall be painted black.

Painting of chair with one coat of OG paint after smoothing / preparation of surface with putty / red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

New provn of flat iron 25 X 3mm duly welded at ends with frame beneth the at front and rear of the seat canning in godrej pattern seat & back.

Rubber shoes all as per Drg No FD-75 complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing unserviceable seat frame and S&F of new seat frame made out of shesham wood duly canned godrej patteren as specified and shown in Drg No FD-75 (M). Wooden portion shall be painted black.

Removing existing unserviceable back frame and S&F of new back frame made out of shesham wood duly canned godrej pattern as specified and shown in Drg No FD-75 (M). Wooden portion shall be painted black.

Removing existing unserviceable arm rest and S&F of new arm rest of hard wood duly black polished as per Drg No FD-75 (M) complete all as specified and as directed.

Scrapping chair verandha frame with emery paper making smooth surface and painted with one coat of white enamelled paint 1st quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of all unserviceable conduit pipe and S&F of new MS conduit pipe of 20mm, 16 gauge including cutting, welding, fixing where ever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Gas welding to chair verandha where required alignment of MS tubular frame to its original shape as per standard worksmenship and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of PVC rubber shoes to the legs of chair verandha complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable plastic cane from chair verandha and reweaving of chair verandha with white plastic cane 1/2 round 4mm wide 0.40mm thick approved quality weight not less than 0.50 Kg per chair closely woven mat pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Recanning of following furniture items with 1/2 round 2.0mm wide 0.40mm thick woven and border round and back with 4.0mm wide plastic cane of approved quality (white cream in colour) including removing of old canning: -

Notes :- (i) Sample of all types plywood, prelaminated particle boards teak shade, all types of long rail, short rail, stiffners of seasoned teakwood,varnish, polish, paints shall be as approved by GE in sample room in GE office. (ii) Painting of all wooden/iron stores shall be done by spray machine only. (iii) No of minimum labours on daily basis should be deployed by contractor during currency of contract agreement as given below:- (a) Polisher - 02 (b) Carpenter - 01 (c) Caneman - 02 (d) Helper - 02 (iv) NO T&P will be issued by the department to the labour. It shall be responsibility of the contractor to provide T&P and adequate safety gears to the labours. (v) Prelaminated particle board teak shade will be accepted with product :IS 12823 :1990, grade- I type II. (vi) Plywood will be accepted with product :IS 303 1989, Grade-BWR,Type AA, bar code and CML NO only. (vii) Contractor shall submit purchase voucher and test certificates directly from the company/manufacture from the items of works. (viii) A penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day per person shall be levied in case of absence of tradesmen / employee of contractor below the minimum.
