Earthwork, excavation in any kind of soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (n.exc.1.5m in width) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthwork, excavation in Hard Rock where blasting is not allowed by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (n.exc.1.5m in width) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M 25 design mix as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 Design mix as in columns, pillars, posts, struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings , bases of columns , raft and raft beam , sides and soffits ( if any) of foundations and plinth beams and similar wok , vertical or batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking and hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No- 13 above but 6mm to 8mm dia.

Material and labour for MS TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking , and hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix angle iron as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pines etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping incl weathering slightly rounded of chamfered angles & including use & waste of formwork complete all as specfied & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick plastering on brick, stone or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surfaces finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading,leveling and watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil Exceeding 50 metre and upto a total distance of 250 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point compete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated disintegrated rock Exceeding 50 metre and upto a total distance of 250 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point compete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken glass coping on top of walls with cement mortar 1:3 compete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing confirmimg to Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 3mm thick MS sheet (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with welded to frame confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of steel and iron work small articles such as stop, covers, gully gratings, holdfasts, ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc., area n exc 0.1 sq. m each, and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for 25mm thick pre-formed filler for expansion joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 150mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe as in weepholes to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100volts grade cross sectional area 10sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note For Item No. 38 to 40: Earthwork and Cable protection will be measured annd paid seperatly under relevant items.

Supply and lay 50 MM GI tubing, light grade, with all fittings for cable protection at road crossing / on poles, tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay burnt Bricks, old size, sub class "B" of size 230 x 115 x 75mm, laid flat adjacent to each other, perpendicular to cable with width equal to length in trenches for protection of cable, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for wiring using 3 runs of 1.5Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable along with earth wire drawn through 20mm Rigid PVC conduit medium grade and accessories for fixing on PCC poles from SMC box to Street Light fittings complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for earthing using GI wire as earthing lead complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not les than 2.25meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron 4mm dia wire as earthing by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 and connected to earthing test point including excavation, earthwork, PCC pit, CI covers, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, GI Protecction pipe, etc., and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.
