Earth work in Excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil up to the required depth including Moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing, leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with initial leads and lifts, T&P shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required etc, complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, & filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand including watering, ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc., complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick in each layer including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonry using Fly Ash Bricks (25cmX12cmX8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm with dimensional tolerance +2% in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in FOUNDATION, PLINTH AND BASEMENT and for ornamental flower beds, plinth molding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, cutting, circular molding, corbelling, watering, curing etc. including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonry using Fly Ash Bricks (25cmX12cmX8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm with dimensional tolerance +2% in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in SUPERSTRUCTURES in all floors including splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works, scaffolding, watering, curing, including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Ground floor)

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in all floors finished smooth to out side smooth surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in all floors finished smooth to inside rough surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of CERAMIC GLAZED WALL TILES of size (300X200mm) of approved quality & of approved colour confirming to I.S specification in dado/skirting & upto the required height fixed in neat cement slurry after soaking the tiles in water & fixing over 12mm thick cement plaster of prop. (1:3) filling joints with white cement & colouring pigments to match the shade of the tiles including washing & cleaning with oxalic acid with watering, curing cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour and sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 10mm of plain (ivory) approved make & colour laid over 20mm thick cement mortar bed of prop.(1:4) to proper slope & level joined with neat cement slurry with approved colour pigment to match the colour of tiles including watering and curing, cost of all labour, T&P, cost, conveyance and royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of M-20 Grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS516 using 20mm down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips as per the design mix of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction by using vibrators, watering, curing for 28days, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS Rod or tor steel and binding wires & labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
