Comprehensive Service/Repair/maintenance and monthly visit for regular maintenance for the Automation of intelligent addressable fire alarm control panel at 118HU hanger, 59 SQN hanger, CNGO Complex Hanger , BCR Building, AFNET site -2, and EE hall, Logistic Section,Base Ops including checking testing and cleaning of Loop card ,Main board, LCD display, Multisensor, sounder, MCP, , Repeater Panel, Zone monitor Module, UV&IR detector, Remote Response indicator, Loop Isolator, Amplifier and Loud speakers carrying out normal repairs for the trouble free and efficient functioning of the entire fire alarm system by providing one engineer for Monthly visit all as directed AND AS PER SPECIFIED NFPA 72 and Guidelines. Note:- (i) Cost of new components shall be paid for separately under relevant items of schedule 'A" (ii) Contractor's rep will visit minimum once in a month to every panel each locationasmentionedabove and take serviceability certificate duly signed by the user.

Dismantling, Servicing of multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric as per exact locations with the help of manufacturer's instructions and testing for exact fault locations including cleaning through air blower then reinstalling every six month complete all as specified and as directed.

Serviceability and Testing of UV & IR flame detector and its alignment to detect flame with Testing Kit and when directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs 12 V, 7 AH battery for Inverter supply for back up to all FACP panel complete all as specified and as directed. Make: EXIDE/AMAR RAJA/AMCO/AMARON

Supply and Fixing in repair or replacement of Indoor addressable detectors complying with and type certified to EN-54 Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric / optical with base with self built intelligence complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- GST/COOPER/BOSCH/SEIMENS

Excavating in trenches manually not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5 mtr in depth/ width for laying under ground cable / foundations and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed. Note: During excavation no mechanical excavator is permitted at site, contractor will do the excavation through maually.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavating material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M & L brick protection with old size sub class ‘B’ brick for PVC under ground cable protection in trench with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat joining each other with gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm over LT under ground cable all as specified and directed.

Name of the installation/Location to be written on both side of the ACP Sheet with stenciles of good quality. This board will be fixed on the wall with and inclusive necessary arrangement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Sample board is available with AGE E/M Office). Note:- Approval of each sign board shall be taken by the contractor before fabrication.

M&L for fabrication of ACP Sheet 3mm thick of size 1.5'x 2' for writing with stencils such as history of machines, manufacturers name,Srl No,Date of installation,SM No/MES No/Machine No all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-For each board, specimen shall be provided by MES Executive duly approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for fixing the FRP cable junction boxes of size 205 x 255 x 112 mm, with four way connector (Heavy duty) terminals for 10 - 25 sq mm, 1100V cable, IP 66, weather proof, outdoor installation type with threaded cable glands & pole mounting brackets with one SP MCB 6 Amps etc complete all as specified & directed. Make- Hensel / OBO

M&L for fixing the FRP cable junction boxes of size 155 x 210 x 92 mm, with four way connector (Heavy duty) terminals for 10 - 16 sq mm, 1100V cable, IP 66, weather proof, outdoor installation type with threaded cable glands & pole mounting brackets with one SP MCB 6 Amps etc complete all as specified & directed. M&L for fixing the FRP cable junction boxes of size 225 x 295 x 122 mm, with four way connector (Heavy duty) terminals for 16-35sq mm, 1100V cable, IP 66, weather proof, outdoor installation type with threaded cable glands & pole mounting brackets with one SP MCB 6 Amps etc complete all as specified & directed. Material & Labour for making foundation for distribution transformer of various capacity, of size length 1500 mm, width 1500 mm and height of 1500 mm above ground level & 600 mm below ground level. The details of PCC, Bricks and plastering are as under:- (a) Cement Concrete in foundation (Hard Core) type D2, 1:4:8, 40 mm graded aggregate of length 1500 mm, width 1500 mm, thickness 150 mm. (b) Brick works above cement concrete foundation with Subclass 'B' bricks straight for foundation/staging for transformerin cement mortar 1:6 of length 1500 mm x width 1500 mm and Height 1850 mm. (c) Cement Concrete of Type B1 (1:2:4) 20 mm aggregate on top of Brick work of length 1500 mm, width 1500 mm and thickness 100 mm. (d)Rendering 10 mm thick cement plastering in 1:6 fair faces of brick work or pcc surfaces above ground all around the exposed foundation. Note: (i) Rate quoted shall inclusive of taking down/removal of existing transformer by switching off HT/LT connection and placing near by temporarily and reconnecting HT/LT and providing electrical supply. (ii) The same transformer will be re installed on newly connected staging(after 15 days) by swiching off HT/LT Connection and reconnecting the same on foundation for and providing/ swiching on electrical supply. (iii) The rate quoted shall inclusive of crane for lifting/ lowering of transformer( Two times) and dismantling of old pcc/rcc foundation of any type any size.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I (2009) including filling of charcoal dust , common salt all around Earth plate upto 150mm, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe, 15 mm bore light grade earth lead protection pipe upto main board, funnel with wiremesh, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with suitable handle and angle iron frame and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed including testing on completion. (Note: The rate quoted shall inclusive of GI wire 4 mm dia with GI pipe protection 15 mm, light grade up to 7.5 m)
