Repairing and Maintenance of outdoor LT distribution system and associated works

Maintenance of outdoor LT distribution system (including preventive maintenance, attending breakdowns etc) by deputing required 01 no. of skilled experienced persons for maintaining electricity Maintenance (including preventive maintenance, attending breakdowns etc) of street light system and indoor LT system of administrative building, erector hostel, office premises, departmental stores, tubewells, residential officers & staff colony and other common installations located in the premises of the 400 kV S/S Agra (except 400 kV, 220 kV & 132 kV switch yards, control room and substation auxiliaries) All material including consumables shall provided by the department while all labour cost and T&P shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Monthly maintenance/cleaning of three nos common garden fields (total area 5000 sqmtr) of residential officers and staff colony by deputing required nos. of well experienced gardeners including maintaining planting of different plants of height 30-400 cm along the boundary wall, watering, forking, uprooting of rank vegetation grass & horney bushes, removal of rubbish, debris, weeds etc outside the premises the substation. All labour cost and T&P shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
