Repairing & Testing of 1.5/2.0 TR Capacity Split AC Units, flushing the system, pressure testing with Nitrogen gas holding the pressure for 24 hours, vacumising, removal of leakage in Indoor unit & out door unit including supply & charging of refrigerant gas (R-22) and oiling, greasing of motors, testing commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Replacement of faulty /defective 1.5 TR capacity compressor with new Sealed compressor i/c dismantling of faulty compressor, cutting refrigerant piping, brazing & making necessary addition/alteration i/c proper mounting on base plate, connection of suction and discharge lines, Leak test , supplying & charging required qty. refrigerant gas i/c testing commissioning etc as reqd.(M/s Emerson/Tecumseh/SS make) (Note - The firm shall submit test certificate or documentary proof towards purchase of New/OEM factory repaired compressor.) The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory)
