A-Construction of Relay room at A-cabin
Supply and surface wiring of light/FL point by PVC insulated & un-sheathed FRLSH 01 multi strand copper single core 1.5 sq.mm cable through PVC casing & caping including ceiling rose. Cable connection to be done through 6 A flush type controlling switch installed in suitable size PVC board & connected by Cu flexible wire from ceiling rose to fittings as per direction of EIC at site.
Supply and surface wiring of ceiling fan point by PVC insulated & un-sheathed FRLSH 02 multi strand copper single core 1.5 sq.mm cable through PVC casing & caping including ceiling rose. Cable connection to be done through 6 A flush type controlling switch including 5 point electronic regulator installed in suitable size PVC board with earth continuity by 1.0 sq.mm multistrand copper cable & connected by Cu flexible wire from ceiling rose to fan as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, testing and fixing of 300 mm sweep exhaust fan complete by cutting wall, masonary work as required and fixing by suitable nuts and bolts arrangement as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 2.0 ton 3 star rated split AC including 09 indoor, outdoor unit compressor rotary type suitable for operation on 230volt/1-ph/50 Hz and copper pipe line along with insulation, wal fixing arrangements and other accessories for connecting indoor unit to outdoor unit with copper piping as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and erection of earthing by made of B class GI pipe of 3000 mm length, 50 19 mm diameter & 3.6 mm thickness.The GI Strip ( should be welded with the earth pipe. Thepipe is provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value.The connecting conductor from earth electrode to the distribution panel board should not be thinner than 8 SWG GI wire to carry the fault current. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil restivity is high, earth restivity enhancing material may be used, Bentonite or similar earth enhancing material may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be precasted RCC and The values of earth resistance measured should be painted on the Earth pit cover/lid along with the date of measurement. As per Drg. Lumens out put should be not less than 100 Lumens/watt, LED should be as per LM-80/IS: 16105. LED driver's efficiency should be minimum 90%, Power factor of complete fitting should be greater than 0.90, Input operating voltage: 140V to 277V AC and driver should be as per IEC: 62384/IS:16104. The LED fittings should be warranted for 5 years.
Supply and erection of earthing by made of B class GI pipe of 3000 mm length, 50 mm diameter & 3.6 mm thickness.The GI Strip ( should be welded with the earth pipe. Thepipe is 17 provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value.The connecting conductor from earth electrode to the distribution panel board should not be thinner than 8 SWG GI wire to carry the fault current. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil restivity is high, earth restivity enhancing material may be used, Bentonite or similar earth enhancing material may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be precasted RCC and The values of earth resistance measured should be painted on the Earth pit cover/lid along with the date of measurement. As per Drg. No. DRG NO:PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1 dated 30.09.2024 & as perTechnical circular no. EL/PS/2024/1 (EARTHING SYSTEM).
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 2.0 ton 3 star rated split AC including 18 indoor, outdoor unit compressor rotary type suitable for operation on 230volt/1-ph/50 Hz and copper pipe line along with insulation, wal fixing arrangements and other accessories for connecting indoor unit to outdoor unit with copper piping as per direction of EIC at site.
