Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any decription and in any position (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall lining and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:7:12 type F-2 using 40mm graded brick coarse aggregate as in sunken floor filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken portion and adjoining walls of kitchen, WC, Bath & Toilet, etc complete all as specified as under:- (a) 15 mm plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions after roughning and cleaning the surface . (b) Applying cement slurry to the surface @ 0.488 kg /Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/Sq. m and allowing the surface to air cure for 4 hours. (c) Apply another layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sq. m and allowing the surface to air cure for 4 hours. (d) Curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 hours by ponding. (e)Applying 3mm thick APP membranne with bitumen by torch application to the treated sunken surface over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions. (f) Joints/Traps/WC/soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound .

10mm thick rendering cement plaster in Cement and Sand mortar 1:3 over brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair, as in ceiling, chajjas, facias, at any position, complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering cement plaster in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over concrete /brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

15mm thick rendering cement plaster in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over concrete /brick surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 (min. compressive strength 100Kg/sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Two coats of oil bound distamper on new surface of wall including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of oil bound distemper on wall including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

Kota Stone Slab flooring, 16-18mm thick, best quality over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing (Mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 18 hereinbefore but on skirting / vertical surfaces laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing complete, all as specified.

16-18mm thick Granite work (of any type table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in, set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite compelte all as specified and directed.

25mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in floor even and rough complete all as specified & directed.

Coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 8-10mm thick (square ) , area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 22 hereinbefore but on vertical surface over 10mm rendering in cement mortar (1:4).

Coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 8-10mm thick (square ) , area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but n.exc 1 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mmx450mmx 7mm thick as in dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and grouted in white cement complete as on vertical surfaces over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

75mm wide Marble white 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade, over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Powder coated GI Frame work grid (Size of grid 605 x 605mm )comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm, fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre with hangers 6 mm dia.
