SCH 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION) Material and labour for 8 to 10mm thick mineral fiber or polycarbonate ceiling of size 600 x 600mm board Acoustic CAC-35, fire resist (class -A (UL), light reflectance-0.90, standard humidity resistance and fine texture factory applied latex paint, including frame work for ceiling of GI frame work for channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 to 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit and approximate 900mm to center with GI cleat and steel expansion fastners with and including ceiling section (n.exc 1.20m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixes to intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre as per manufacturers instructions. Make Armstrong (Infusions Blades/ Graphis Finetex or equivalent).

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M PORTION) Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete with fittings such as switches, fan regulators, bracket light fittings and ceiling roses, holders and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm size (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable FRLS grade with copper conductor, single core, multi stranded 1100 volts, ISI marked (IS 694) (For Phase, neutral and earth continuity) drawn in concealed conduit including provision of 20 mm dia PVC rigid conduit ISI marked, IS 9537 Part-III) heavy grade with conduit accessories inlcuding concealed steel terminal boxes fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet fitted with 3mm thick masonite or approved laminated sheet top cover for fixing switches, electronic fan regulators and connecting the earth wire to common earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light point controlled by one 5/6 Amp one way switch Note :- 1. All the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall/ceiling finishes with appropriate plaster and distemper paint as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan of sweep size 1200mm including all fittings from the existing position complete with blades and servicing properly by cleaning, greasing, oiling, painting and reassembling complete and refixing the same with new down rod as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of unserviceable LED tube light of any wattage complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30W LED panel size (2x2) ft recess mounting luminaries with high brightness SMD LED as light source suitbale for ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Make : Surya Cat Part No SLE DS22R of Surya or equivalent
