Material and Labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparations i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, de-rusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm each and thickness of RCC member exc. 50mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at height upto 12m complete all as specified. Notes:- 1. Cost of formwork shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor. 2. Flat area shall only be measured and paid.

Taking down existing u/s rolling shutters of any type any size and refixing the same in situ after necessary welding work, oiling and greasing, replacement of unserviceable bearings, realignment of anchoring rod, checking and made functional / operate-able all moving strips/ parts to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge complete including replacing of damaged strips all as specified. (Note :- (i) S&F of Strips shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item. (ii) Rates are deemed to inclusive of all civil works required for refixing and making good the disturbed surfaces).

Note: A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
