Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete Nominal mix Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 -50 cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement , including forms , moulds, mi-tred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for setting coat 3mm thick in CM 1:2 ,trowelled to even and smooth finish as in drain,plinth protection,roof padding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Nominal mix type C1 1:3:6(20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth course, benching,copings, kneelers, apex stones etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast concrete work/ block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC solid block masonry (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, exc 10cm in width and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Nominal mix 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on walls any description including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15 mm thick) on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches, floor or wall and similar works including clamping as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bend with oval access door complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) branch piece such as single or double Y section equal or unequal with oval access door complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for making arrangement of scaffolding height exc 3 mtr and n exc 13 mtr in the shafts / spot/ location of weed /shrubs of height less than 3 m removing the weed including its root including applying glyphosate herbicide in suitable concentration, making the surface good with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate)including two coats of acrylic paint with primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for making arrangement of scaffolding height n exc 3 m in the shafts / spot/ location of weed growth removing the weed including its root including its root including applying glyphosate herbicide in suitable concentration, making good with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate)including two coats of acrylic paint with primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for clearing vegetation /Shrubs along with all the debris of leaf from roof slab/ chujjah ,parapet etc and making surface clean ,making good with CM 1:3 or Plain Cement Concrete Nominal mix 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as per the requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick (in average) padding in roof, chajjas and similar work in Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) with WPC @ 3% by weight of the mix , making haunching with mastic filling and surface even and smooth with using extra cement including demolition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick/block masonry work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410 W (Grade E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantiling posts of any description , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes in hard/dense soil n.exc. 0.5 cum and getting out returning, filling in and ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good the surface.

S&F Mild Steel framed work such as fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PVC coated GI chain link fencing including fixing of MS line wire / rod, flat iron & machine made hexagonal or square head bolts to fencing posts including complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Supply only MS rod,flat iron and bolts will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts n exc 12 mm dia machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends for fixing of chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Mild Steel bars for support to chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A.

Supply only Mild Steel Flat iron as in fillets for securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of tiles of any description or thickness in floor, hearth or wall including cement mortar bedding, removing debries off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for heavy duty Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 8-10 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors With grey cement and pigments and including screed bed 20mm thick CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair 18-20 mm thick Granite work any type ,rate including cutting in curvature shape, moulding including wastage etc fixed to horizontal / vertical surfaces to wall, risers, floor complete including necessary backing screed bed / backing of 20 mm thick in CM (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with mixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling of old stone slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour in repair stainless steel railing ISI marked (Grade 304) made of hollow tubes,channels, plate etc, including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts, reflector strips of different colour complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for stainless steel chain made of SS bar buffed and polished of grade AISI-316 type aesthetic anti corrosive in nature welded and fixed to framed work/post fencing work/includeding permanent fixing arrangements to posts with necessary welding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over crushed stone sand cushioning including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Crushed stone sand shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule as 'Supply only' (ii) The rate for necessry kerb stone as per site requirement shall be inclusive of this qouted rate

M&L for laying 100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete Nominal mix (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for sub base in foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete Nominal mix (1:2:4) type B 2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in base course complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B 2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work as in door and gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for handing or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging or sliding with or including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and handing also fastening and fixing complete of grade FE-410W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primercomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surface of any description n.exc10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour in repair of providing and fixing stainless steel railing (Grade 316) made up of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, including neccesary floating arrangement for fixing at water logged areas,swimming pool and similar work and making good on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing of serviceable Galvalume corrugated / steel sheet of any type complete obtaining from dismantling all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.
