Shifting of material (structure, cable drums etc.) near control room and l32kV Bus by means of labour and Crain/ hydra into the storeroom or said place with proper stacking.

Dismantling of 132 kV PT under 132kV main bus beam along with BCT structure, removing of jumper, PT connection, cutting of earthing strip and shifting of the same into the store or said place.

Dismantling of 120 kV LA under 132kV main bus beam along with ALP structure, removing of jumper, PT connection, cutting of earthing strip and shifting of the same into the store or said place.

Erection of following equipments for constrcution of 132kV Hybrid bay at 220kV Hybrid substation Hapur as per technical specification and standard of UPPTCL. Work also includes Shifting of materials/equipments from store to working site. (i) Main and auxiliary structure consisting of BCT, ALP etc.

(ii) 120 KV LA

(iii) 145 KVPT

Installation of 145 KV SF6 Gas Insulated Hybrid Switchgear-Line bay module comprising of Circuit Breaker, Current Transfonner-1 no. per phase, Isolators and Local control cubical. Work also includes shifting and unpacking of Hybrid switchgear and its accessories.

PT Junction Box

Termination of Control cable (per core both side) after fixing proper size cable glands with ferruling in various equipments in switchyard and control & relay panel including making of holes as per technical specification · (Different size of lugs i.e 2.0mm,1.5mm,4.0mm,10mm & ferrules and cable.tie will be provided by the contractor).

Earthing of structure, various equipments, junction box, Control and relay panel with the help of following M.S. Flat including Painting of M.S. Flat with one coat of red oxide and two coat of green enameled paint , Berger / Asian /Shalimar paint of first quality after cleaning of rust, dust including cost of all material and labour and T&P. (as per technical specification) (i) 75x10mm

Jumpering of 132 KV Equipment, jumper from main bus to 132 KV switchgear, PT, LA to line by Tarantulla/Zebra conductor.

Integration of Control & relay panel of the 132kV Feeder bay to the existing SCADA system of ABB make (Including cost of Hardware and software)

Supply & Fixing of Fiber Opticable Patch wire.
