Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

1.5 mm thick pvc/rubber tiles flooring of approved make colour design plain, coloured. corbed or mosaic or mattled finish, laid with approved adhesive on sub floor damp proofing treetment(to be measured separately)for payment including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Polishing two or more coats with Melamine polish of required shade on old wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.
