Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m : a) All kinds of soils

Carriage of earth by Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking for an average lead of 05 Km.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : a) On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm. and 52 kg. and 56 kg. of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete: (tack coat to be paid for separately). (Use shreded plastic @ 10% of total bitumen i.e. 90% VG-30 & 10% shreded plastic)(a) With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a) All Kinds of soils

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : a)Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a)1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing PVC pipe of dia 50 mm as weep hole.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
