Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:a) All works upto plinth level

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for :i) Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns

ii) Vertical surfaces such as retaing walls, return walls, Partitions, walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, Plinth and string courses, Fillets and the like

Providing and laying filter media with Granular materials crushed stone Aggregates satisfying the rerquirement As Per Clause 2504.2.2 of MOSRT & H Specification to a thickness of 500 mm laid horizontally in layers of 250mm thick and compacted to firm condition etc. complete as direction by Engineer-in-charge.

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) (Square Hollow Section (SHS) IS4923 /Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) IS4923/ Circular Hollow Section (CHS) IS1161 closed Structural Steel of (SAIL, TATA. Painting (one or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades on old work to give an even shade.
