Demolition/Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above gound level , concrete debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curgved in cm 1:4 straight or cuved on plan to exc 6m mean radius complete all as directed and specified.

-ditto- all as per above here in but except bricks.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces smooth & even without using extra cement complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/benching and all other similar works including necessary formwork complete all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggr) as in surface channels and drains, mass concrete/ staging/ post etc complete all as directed and specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the premises as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 80mm thickness any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006, M-40 with grey cement and pigment incl 25mm thick fine sand as cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 60mm thickness any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006, M-35 with grey cement and pigment incl 25mm thick fine sand as cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Factory made prepolished precast concrete designer tiles, ISI marked with grey cement & pigment, 25mm thick of outdoor size 300mm x 300mm , in floors , set and jointed with grey cement slurry, over & incl 20 mnm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed incl dismantling of old tiles complete, all as specified.

M&L for factory made pre-cast cement concrete block type B1, 1:2:4 as in kerb stone made to shape as directed, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepolished precast designer tiles size 300x300x10mm with grey cement & pigment, outdoor /parking design in floors , set and jointed with grey cement slurry, over & incl 20 mnm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed incl dismantling of old tiles complete, all as specified. Make : Somany/Kajaria/Johnson Endura etc

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for RCC 1;2;4 (using 20mm graded agg) pre-cast cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chajjas, shelves and similar articles all as specified with one hole at centre and both side ring to carrying complete all as directed and specified.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, culvert etc and the like complete all as specified.

M&L for TMT Bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required incl cranking, bending sprilly for hooping colmns hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire complete all as spd and directed.

ditto all as above but 6 to 8 mm dia and over and including in stirrups, spacers and binders and complete all as specified.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam,parpets , flat or vertcal surface etc incl supports, overhangs etc complete all as specified.

S&F 300mm dia reinforced concrete pipe class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars with cement mortor (1:1) all as specifed and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate in bed to drain pipes of 300 mm bore including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested.

Dismantling post or strut (wood, steel or RCC) including taking out embeded portion in concrete, and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any standardral straining bolt including securing or tying at rossing with an provision of galvanised stell pin etc complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining & resecuring existing barbed wire of any type incl making good staples etc any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified .

Supply only Chain link fencing including wires, mesh of size 50x50mm, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS, type standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair circular concertina coil punched tape (incl spikes and handle) with 50 turns and loop dia 750mm, width of barbed 9mm dia and spacing clips 23.5mm to 24.5mm c/c and weight of coil not less than 10 to 14 kg without packing, coil length will be 6meter when opened up etc, fixing at any position/at any height, binding with angle iron ground pickets and binding of coils with clips and binding wire as per manufactures's instruction & sample as approved by GE /EIC complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel angle iron posts and struts confirming to FE-290 E-165 as in fencing including cutting tops for required shape, drilling holes, notching for wire including all necessary drilling of similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS flat iron fillets (for securing wire mash etc) to fencing post including all necessary drilling, bolting or riviting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete (Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A) at any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixed with galvanized steel staples supplied /welding to steel member, weight not exc 4 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete type C1, 1 : 3 : 6 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in bonders (for stone walling) etc., with plain fair faces including chamfered, weatherings throating etc., and setting in cement mortar 1:6 with joints to match complete all as specified and directed
