Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 302, 304 & 1603 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 4488.05 Cum quantity (four thousand four hundred eighty eight and paise zero five) cubic metres at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rate basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.The rate including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax or GST other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted in layer of 200mm (two hundred millimetre) thickness to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 301 & 1603.5 within all leads, and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of materials, equipments, tools and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes octroi, royality, Molkhana ,toll tax ,GST and other incidentals.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (three hundred millimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 303. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred) kN static roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 complete as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301, 1603.50 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305 and 1603. and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arises out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, mixing in a Mechanical Mix Plant at OMC and Carriage if mixed Mateiral to site of wprk in all leads and laying in Uniform layer with Motor grader in prepand surface , and compacting with three Smooth 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 401 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. . Three MS plates of 1.6 mm ( one point six millimeter) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five millimeters into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (Twenty five millimeter into twenty five milimetres into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos.
