Repair/Replacement of MCB DB, MCCB DB, Submain Wiring, replacement of Energy meter and allied Electricals fitting/fixtures at certain areas under GE (AF) Borjhar.

Taking down existing sub main wiring of any type/size complete from wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S&F for Sub main wiring two single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm (Nominal area), 1100 V grade and one run of 6.0 Sqmm 1100 V grade FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed muti stranded copper conductor cable as in earth continuity conductor drwan through in and including PVC Casing-in-Caping of required size (ISI marked) with all accessories on roof/wall/ceiling and making good the disturbed surace with cement sand plaster (1:6) and white washing/distempering to match the existing surface complete . Note:- Two runs of 6.0 Sqmm cable and one run of 6.0 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC casing-in-caping shall be measured as one unit length.

All as per Item No 2.00 here in before but sub main wiring with two run multi standard FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 4 Sqmm and one run of size 4 Sqmm for continuous earthing.

Taking down unserviceable rusted/damaged sheet metal enclosure DBs of any size/type/ways from wall carefully and making good to disturbed surface of wall complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated sheet metal enclosures MCB DB TPN 4 way double door, made out of CRCA mild steel surface with insulated material like polyster with epoxy surface stove enameled dust and vermin proof 4 way 415 Volt fitted with bus bar, DIN channel, neutral link suitable for incorporation of MCB's and isolator etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F for Sheet metal enclosure double door (IP-43) for load line DB made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy surface mounting SPN, 8 way, 240 volt, suitable rated copper bus bars, stove enameled dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolator etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S & F for Sheet metal enclosure double door (IP-43) for load line DB made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy surface mounting SPN, 12 way, 240 volt, suitable rated copper bus bars, stove enameled dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolator etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S&F for MCB, SP, 240V, 6 to 32 Amps breaking cap 10 KA; C-series, 240 Volt as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 9.00 above but MCB SPN 6 to 32Amps, 240 volts.

All as per item No 9.00 above but MCB SPN 40 to 63Amps, 240 volts.

All as per item No 9.00 above but MCB TPN 6 to 32Amps, 415 volts.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5 mtr in depth for laying under ground cable / foundations and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.by Engineer –in-charge.

M&L for fine sand (River sand) spread in trenches for cushioning of cable 8cm thick under the cable and 15cm over the cable and punned down gently to 18 cm for protection complete all as specified and as directed.by Engineer–in-charge. Note :- Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid

M&L for brick protection with sub-class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat (23cm width) cross the cable for protection to cable after sand cushioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old XLPE LT Underground Cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and Laying LT underground cable XLPE insulated and sheathed armoured cable 1100 volts 2 core 10 Sqmm aluminium conductor in trenches/poles and connecting with all accessories lugs & glands complete.

All as per item No.19 above but of cable 4 core 16 Sqmm complete.

All as per item No.19 above but of cable 3.5 core 25 Sqmm complete.

S&F MCCB 100 amps, 4 pole,415 Volt fixed type with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells Cat No. IHLGNF0100 or equivalent make as sepcified in PS

Taking down unserviceable service wire of any size any type all as directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated Stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of 6 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No.33 Above but of size 10 Sqmm complete.

All as per item No.33 Above but of size 16 Sqmm complete.

Supply and fixing Energy meter, Single phase, 230V, 50Hz LCD display with sheet metal enclosure complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600×600× 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to Copper earth lead of size 25x3mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
