The job further includes all the alied works for complete commissioning of AC's like providing and laying of copper tubing as per site requirement for carrying refrigerant, insulating copper pipelines with nitrile insulation, filling up with refrigrant gas. All tools, tackles and consumable items shall be arranged by the firm. The cost on account of dust cover to indoor units is included in the job.

P/F of LPG type Gas Heater of reputed make. The job includes cost of transportation from firm to SCCR Kulgam

Reparing of walls damaged during the mounting of AC's on walls, inserting of conducts, electric fitting etc.the material required during the operation of the work is to be provided by the firm. This job requires highly skilled labours which is to be provided by the firm

P/F of 100 Watt outdoor type LED flood lights of reputed make confirming to IP65 or above with a warranty period not less than two years. lights have to fitted at suitable places by providing desired supports with clamp holders,nuts, bolts, and washers using a drilling machine. each light has to be connected to MCB Board and required length of wire (1.5 sq. mm)has to be provided by the firm.The supports has to be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of enamel paint to ensure durability and protection against corrosion. Further, each lighting point has to provided and fitted with a 10 Amp MCB switch of reputed make and quality for operational and safety purposes. The job further includes the lights installed at the required height and tilted at a specific angle so that their illumination effectively covers the entire space of the control room yard.

Providing of Non-Skid Chains made out of cold forged stainless steel having cross chairs and hooks of allied steel with proper locking arrangements for tyres sizes as per following sizes for snow clearance fleet of District Kukgam.

Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of 3 MT chain pulley block robust type heavy duty with minimum lift of 6m of heavy duty type of reputed make to be used for lifting of cabin and other heavy machinery parts while reparing the snow clearance machines.
