Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawings and technical specification as per Clause 305.1(Three hundred Five point One) of MORD specifications 300 (three hundred) including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials.as per HP.PWD specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth. as per HP.PWD specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges .

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement.50 mm thick.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 with 15% plams and curing complete including the cost of farmwork for plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 (Three point One Five ) millimetres thick welded with angle iron in frame 30*30*5 (Thirty into Thirty into Five ) millimetres, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in all heights of propping and cantering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per HP.PWD specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges in:a) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like.

(b) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in.Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies,beams,girders,bressumers and contilever upto floor twolevel

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works.as per H.P. PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters :--Enamel paint other than white
