Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Cleaning of rubbish / sewerage including removing / refixing the cover and removal / disposal of the same from Airport Colony by mechanically / manually includung loading and unloading etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge a) Manholes / inspection chambers of main trunk sewer line including connected sewer pipe upto next manhole / inspection chamber. Note:- The sewer line shall be cleaned by mechanically operated compressor & jet pipe or by suitable method as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of rubbish / sewerage including removing / refixing the cover and removal / disposal of the same from Airport Colony by mechanically / manually includung loading and unloading etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge B) Inspection chambers/ manholes between main trunk sewerline and building including connected sewer pipe upto next manhole / chamber.

Day to day cleaning of chocked/blocked manhole, sewerage pipe, gully trap, EWC, of any diameter and size i/c removal of malba outside AAI premises as per the complaint register of NAC, Mumbai to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Agency has to deploy minimum 02 sewerman daily exclusively for this work i/c holidays. General Note: All sludge, harmfull materials etc. to be disposed off outside the colony premises as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge for which nothing extra shall be paid.

Cleaning of storm water drain i/c desilting and disposal of malba within 50m lead, cleaning of grass and rubbish on either side of drain up to 0.5 m etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of perennial type drain/nallah (Cross section area up to 7.5 Sqm) carrying foul water, rubbish, malbla etc. i/c desilting and disposal of malba within 50m lead etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing cleaning tools and manpower support for removal of block culverts ,nallah etc during mansoon season etc complete as per the direction of Engineer -in -charge. A) with unskilled labour

Disposal of corpses of rodents, reptiles, etc at designated location specified by AAI or BMC.

Disposal of corpses of Dogs, Cats, Pigs etc at designated location specified by AAI or BMC.

De-Silting of existing drain/sewerline by mechanical/manual meam including getting out and disposal of removed silt/grit out side AAI premises including all leads & litfs as of instructions of engineering In-charge.
