SPECIAL REPAIRS TO INTERNAL ROAD AT HQ AND TB- III OF MEG AND CENTRE UNDER GE (NORTH) BANGALORE

M&L for repairs to pot holes of any depth not exc 1.00 sqm each in area including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring the sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth , making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 Sqm (using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm and not exc 100mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for labour for premix bituminous macadam(Design Mix) with minimum 40-60 TPH bach type HMP using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 4% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade, level and alighnment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tindem roller to achieve the dezire compaction as per MORTH specification clause no 505 complete in all respects, (consolidated thickness 50 mm or less) etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg. Per 10 Sq. Metres.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by using Paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) as in semi dense asphaltik concrete mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with 8 to 10tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient all as specified and as directed.

M& L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line,stop lines,dashes,arrows etc. and the like exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS-3262-1989 with reflectorizing glass beads on bituminous surface with special applicator machine fitted with pufill shoe glass beads dispenser pupane tank heater and profile shoe heater with heating arrangement upto 160 degree C driven by experienced operator all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from work. cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when trafic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scrach marks or suefaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment untill the desired result is obtained.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model no DA 972 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

S & F in repair Solar Cat eye aluminium alloy shall(100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x125 mm x25 mm(Shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 v/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery(1.2v/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for exterior grade, coloured glossy finish rubber pressed ,cement concrete designer chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade/colour/matrix of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layers of mortar 15 mm thick in cm(1:6) including demolition of stone slab(laid bedded and pointed in any mortar) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick Moorum/red bajri filling as in road berms or paving’s as in berms, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete and paving not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded pre cast kerb stone of cement concrete (1:2:4) type, B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregates facory made,size,shape,pattern and finished and as approved including rounding,chamfered or half round and bedded of perfectly leveled surface pointed and jointed in CM(1:4) including fixing etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in subbase of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling,foundation for poles,stay assembly and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials(other than spoil) etc. to a distance exc 1.0 Km but not exc 1.50 Kms beyond the lead of 50 m out side the MD land including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as directed.(Note:-One metric tonne shall mean as ‘one load’)

M&L for 50 mm thick M Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness of M-35 Grade including demolition of existing stone slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator in repair made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (150x150x300mm) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid dry, or laid dry bedded and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in copings, Chajja /kerbs stone, roof padding/staging of water tank etc, including necessary fromwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new concrete surface(Kerb stone) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.
