Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, shelves and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked).

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Brick work under this item shall be carried out in sewage disposal work i.e. manholes etc.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening including easing and adjusting of shutter as required including renewal of unserviceable screws all as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35 mm thick plain framed, paneled shutter (Two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, size of rail and styles as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated using second class Hard Wood rail and styles, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24(a) of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F factory made 30mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, both faces covered with decorative face veneer with lipping to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile reinforced with MS square tube in opening as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile for top rail lock rail bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for Top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to fitted on the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed..

Dismantling carefully the existing mild steel work as in door/gate and the like of any description & any type and re-fixing/re-erecting the same after necessary repair by carrying out necessary welding & adjusting the components appropriately to make it fully functional including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as directed. Note : Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and this aspect shall deemed to be included in quoted rate for this item.

S&F mild steel framed work such as framework of water tanks, ladders, railings and similar work conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including necessary welding etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutter of size not exc 12 Sqm with all connecting items and repair the lath, hood covers, ball bearings, helical wire spring, lock plates, bracket plates, shaft rods, guide channels of steel rolling shutters and locking arrangements, including greasing, tightening, oiling, welding etc. wherever required, complete to make in serviceable condition and refixing in the same opening and testing for smooth & trouble free functioning and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick with coating AZ-150 gsm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

Dismantling of terrazo tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly including segregating the serviceable & unserviceable tiles as directed. Serviceable tiles shall be reused under the respective item of this Schedule.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster (screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 150 micron heavy duty Polythene film (White) over roof slab and the like, complete all as directed.

M&L for Lime concrete terracing as specified in roof complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made Terrazzo tiles, 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, with size of chips upto 12 mm, with grey cement & no pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over roof, and cut and polished, over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 81 here-in-before but except tiles. Note : Old serviceable terrazo tiles retrieved from serial item No 75 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finished fair & even, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 20 to 25mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in single piece as in treads/landings of stair case & the like, laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified. Note : The nosing of treads/landings shall be made full round with two parallel grooves of 3mmx3mm and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in single piece as in risers of stair case & the like, laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick / 600mm x 300mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut slab of approved shade (table rubbed and polished) with true & uniform joints as in cooking platform & similar works and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 with cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified & as directed including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable. M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete including taking down old unserviceable pipe with clamps. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F 4mm thick figured glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.
