Design,assembling,supply , install , testing and commissioning of Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant complete with all components suitable for product capacity not less than 100 LPH from the intake water having maximum TDS as per sea water parameters . The RO planr product shall be with in the desirable limit describing in the revelant IS 10500-1991 and amendement issued time to time . The RO plant shall be complete all major and minor parts required at site to get a product suitable for drinking water . How ever the following basic components of suitable capcity and type are to be installed under the item rate quoted. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 125kVA DG set complete 415V, 50Hz, AC with acoustic enclosure as per CPCB-II norms directly coupled to alternator brushless type, electronic AVR and Governor, voltage regulation ±1% compelte with Std control panel having all type of meters, fuel tank, fuel line system, existing foundation, etc of capacity upto 125 kVA suitable for the purpose of synchornization of DG sets through single core multistranded copper conductor of size 150Sqmm cable and all as per the specifications given below all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Single core multistranded copper conductor of size 150Sqmm for interconnecting DG sets and synchronizing panel included in rate quoted by the Contractor.

Diesel Engine : Diesel engine having minimum output 180 BHP with prime rated power as per ISO:8528/1, speed 1500 RPM, six cylinders, 4 stroke radiator cooled engine sull authority Electronic Engine Well designed air handling system with dry type, heavy duty, replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator air to air aftercooling and optimised turbocharger for increased altitudecapabilities, electric starting system with 12 volt DC electric starting motor, electronic governor, full automatic electronic fuel injection system with electronic governing, standard integral set mounted radiator system, full flow spin on lube oil filter, plate type lube oil cooler, battery charging alternator, hospital grade silencer suitably optimised to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF/CPCB

Alternator : PMG Alternator of rating 125 kVA/100 kW, 415 volt AC 3 phase 4 wire system on 50 Hz frequency and speed 1500 RPM at power factor 0.8 (Lag) having class "H" insulation for both rotor and stator with IP23 screen protected, drip proof and conforms to BS 5000, IS 4722and IEC 34 standards and brushless, self excited, self regulated excitation and suitable for a permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hrs testrun, ±1% voltage regulation and all as per the recommendations of the manufacturer and alll as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

DG Engine control panel : Supply, install, test and commissioning of electronic DG control panel to be mounted inside the acoustic enclosure of DG sets with following basic features : (a) 320x240 pixels graphic LED backlight LCD.(b) Multiple language support. (c) Amp Sentry TM protection - for true alternator overcurrent protection. (d) Digital power Transfer Control (AMF) provides load transfer operation in open transition, closed transition, or soft (ramping) transfer modes.(e) Extended paralleling (Peak Shave/Base load) regulates the genset real and reactive power output while paralleled to the utility. Power can be regulated at either the genset or utility bus monitoring point.(f) Digital frequency synchronization and voltage matching.(g) Isochronous Load Share(h) Droop KW and KVAR control.(i) Real time clock for fault and event time stamping.(j) Exerciser clock and time of day start/stop initiate a test with or without load or a Base load or Peak Shave session.(k) Digital Voltage regulation three phase full wave FET type regulator capable with either shunt or PMG system.(l) Genset monitoring and protection .(m) Utility/AC Bus metering and protection.(n) 12 & 24 V DC Battery interconnecting to customer equipment.

ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Specifically designed to meet stringent MoEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA@1mtr at 75% load under free field condition. The accoustic enclosure is made of CRCS sheet in munsel green shade and a structural/sheet metal base frame painted in black.(vii) The hot chamber of the canopy shall be properly insulated by mineral wool and aluminium foil to prevent excess heat radiation.BASE FRAME : The Diesel engine and alternator shall be perfectly aligned and assembled dynamically balanced on a sturdy, fabricated, welded construction, channel iron base frame. Base frame shall have lifting provisions and predrilled holes suitable for grouted foundation.

Fabrication supply, installation, testing and commissioning of exhuast system with B class MS exhaust pipe 125 mm dia including providing smooth bends, flanges, gaskets, fasteners. The work includes provision of single line exhaust pipe extension for leaving exhaust gas of each DG set from silencer to atmosphere for the 4 DG sets from silencer outlets including necessary welding work and supporting with suitable size MC angles iron 50x50x6mm, suitable flange MS flat nut bolts and washers as required including making necessary scap holding work for insulation of the system and suitable size weather cowf/rain guard shall be provided on top of the exhaust pipe. The work includes provn of removable type vertical support for exhaust pipe and all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for heat insulation 50 mm thick to the exhuast piping and the silencers by using 50 Kg/m3 rock wool upto the outer side of the wall including necessary welding works with 25 SWG aluminium sheet, cladding work with wire mesh and aluminium foil. complete all as specified and directed by E-in-charge.

Supply and fix Fuel handling system Approx 999 Ltr inbuilt fuel tank with fuel level indicator, fuel inlet and outlet all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Install, Testing and commissioning of SCADA system with 11 HMI and PLC suitable for 4 DG Sets operation and Electronic circuit operation, fuel measurement and with events and history all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install Level sensor for fuel tank with 4-20 mA output all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of Level sensor for main tank 20 KL with 4-20mA output all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of fuel flow meter for 100 mm pipe with digital display and 4-20 mA output all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of fuel flow meter for 50 mm pipe with digital display and 4-20 mA output all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Motorized butterfly valves, flange type in water/diesel pipe line to be operated through SCADA of suitable size 50 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of 250 lpm flame proof motor and diesel pump set all as specified and directed.

Supply & Install mild steel overhead diesel tank of capacity 20 KL and its allied work all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Diesel tank shall be got executed through IOC/PSU Oil Co. Contractor has to submit MoU along with all technical details/drawings with IOC/PSU Oil Company and the same shall be approved by GE before commencement of construction of 20KL Diesel tank.

Supply and fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Cable path indicator for LT cable made out of cast iron plate of 100mm dia, 6 mm thick engraved with "LT 1100 volts" welded to MS angle 50x50x6mm, 75cm long embedded in PCC block (1:3:6) type C-2 of size 30x30x30cm including painting with two coats of blue colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Hot dipped galvanised octagonal poles of 6m long with top dia 70mm and bottom dia 130mm,sheet thickness 3mm,base plate 220x220x12mm thick,anchor plate with 3mm thick including PCC foundation and sleek junction box with one 6A SPMCB and 16 Sqmm stud type connector (for SA bracket) SA bracket 1M long for pole having top 70mm including twin core cable from junction box up to light fitting complete all as per CAT No.BOP-6030 of Bajaj or its equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply and fix LED Street light luminaire 36 Watts epoxy coated, enclosed with glass cover in frames with high power LED and unique peanut lens to ensure uniform distribution higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system type with IP 65 pritection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix flood light 120W LED epoxy coated, enclosed with glass cover in frames with high power LED and unique peanut lens to ensure uniform distribution higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system type with IP 65 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

AVIATION OBSTRUCTION LIGHT:- Supply and fix aviation obstruction light LED type comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fix including testing commissioning XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured power cable (Heavy duty) 1100V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2 core 6 Sqmm on poles/walls as cable for aviation obstruction light all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix metal enclosure DB3 module IP 20 all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 6 Amps SPN MCB all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mini digital time + power contactor for on/off switch daily/weekly program 100 hrs, reserve, 230V, 16 A MCB inside and including SM/PVC enclousure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

SOLAR PLANT:- Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installaition, Errection, testing and commossioning of Grid connected Solar PV Power Plant of capacity 40 KWp along with Inverter 50 KVA and Battery bank. The Solar Photo Voltaic C-Si Module should have the following features:- (a) Solar PV module of Crystalline-Si (poly / Multi) solar technology should have efficiency 15%.(b) The PV module should be with 60 cell configuration with rated power of each module 240 Wp to 320 Wp certificated for solar PV module power performance tested as per IEC 61215 (Design qualification and type approval for Crystalline Si modules) and IEC 61730 (PV module safety qualification resting @ 1000 V DC or higher).(c) Photovoltic modules should carry a performance warranty of >90% during the first 10 years, and >80% during the consecutive 11 to 25 years period. The estimated Power out put shall not be less than 51840 units per annum under normal condition. (d) The module mismatch losses for modules connected to an inverter should be less than 2%. (e) The SPV module is to be made up of high transmitivity glass & front surface give high encapsulation gain and the module should consists of impact resistance, low iron and high transmission toughened glass.

The module frame to be made of corrosion resistant material which should be electrically compatible with the structural material used for mounting the modules.(f) The module frame to be made of Aluminum (non corrosion material) which is electrolytically compatible with the structural material used for mounting the modules with sufficient number of grounding/ instalation.(g) All materials used for manufacturing solar PV module should have a proven history of reliability and stable operation in external applications. It shall perform satisfactorily with temperature between - 300C to + 850C and with stand adverse climatic conditions, such as high speed wind, blow with dust, sand particles, saline climatic / soil conditions and wind 180 km/hr on the surface of the panel.(h) Each Array Junction Box have suitable Reverse Blocking Diodes / Fuses of maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000 V with suitable arrangement for its connecting.(j) The copper bus bar unit of the junction box suitable for postive and negative cables to accomidate up to 400 PV modules capacity maximum along with suitable cable entry points fitted with cable glands with necessary connecting materials complete.(k) Contractor to supply mandatory spares required for40 KWp along with necessary cleaning kit as recommended by OEM and the cost deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate.Note : Under EPC mode the solar cells & modules shall be made in India as per specification and testing requirment fixed by MNRE only.

FIRE FIGHTING AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM:-Supply and install fire fighting motor control panel mounted type fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof complete with aluminium bus bar 800 Amp three phase 4 wire, 50KA with the following accessories :-(i) On load changeover switch 250A, 415Volt, 4pole, 50KA-1No (ii)MCCB 4 pole, 200 Amps, 415 Volts, 35 KA-01No(III)MCCB 160A,4pole 415V,25KA-01No (iv)MCCB 63A,415V, 4pole -01No (v)Fully automated Y- Delta starters for main pump set and jockey pumpset mounted in LT panel board with 3pole power contactors with rated current 160a, 415V coil voltage-3Nos, Over load thermal relay, electronic timer, prewired for main pump and 3 pole power contactors with rated relay,Electronic timer, prewired for Jockey pump. (vi)Inbuilt sensor or transducers be installed in panel to synchronise the pump starters with pressure inside the fire fighting line for automatic operation of fire fighting system. (vii)Option for Auto/manual modes from both the pumps should be available.(viii)digital multi function meter prewired with CT's and PT's cable to measure three phase voltage/KW/KWh/PF/KVA/KVAR and pre phase current/voltage/KW/PF. Supply and fix Gun metal fire brigade in let connection for connecting to external fire hydrant ring main consisting of two nos 63mm dia instantaneous type male coupling with built in check valves and 150mm dia, flanged outlet complete with all accessories all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Pressure guage 100mm dia with ball valve of pressure 25Kg/Sqcm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Automatic air release valve 50mm dia suitable for domestic water with 50mm gun metal stop valve complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Construction of 200mm thick PCC solid block wall masonary valve chamber built in CM 1:6 with 150mm thick PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B-1 coping 50mm thick finished even and smooth, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), finished fair and and even externally including excavation earthwork in any strata, 6mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on angle iron frame 25x4mm embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast, mild steel handles and painting to steel surface with two coats of black bituminus paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc, complete all as specified and directed for internal size 1050 x1050 x 900mm.

Supply and fix Addressable multi sensor Detectors Photoelectric Optical -Heat +Smoke composite detector include B501 base ,sleek ,low profile design ,Re movable cover and insect resistant screen for simple field cleaning but ,Built in tamper resistant feature all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Hose reel swinging wall mounted type comprising rubber hose 19/20mm dia 30m long high pressure double braided bearing IS-5132 type'A' 5mm bore PVc shut off nozzle and 25mm gun metal inlet valve conforming to IS-884 and connected to down comer all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Fire Extinguishers Dry Chemical powder (ABC) Type of 4 kG Capacity (For MES pump House Bldg) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Fire Extinguishers Carbon -Di-Oxide Type of 3 kG Capacity (For MES pump House Bldg) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Soil Investigation at the proposed construction site at location of Radar Tower(30m height)by drilling 100mm dia bore hole up to a depth of 10m below the ground level or 1m in to the hard rock strata(whichever is earlier)in any type of strata complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a)Mobilization of tools, plants, equipments and manpower required for carrying out soil investigation, setting of boring/drilling as required and later demobilization of plants and equipments after completion of work.(b)Collecting undisturbed and disturbed samples and performing STP test at every 1.5m interval.(c ) Conveyance of sample collected at site to the testing lab as required for the purpose of testing and analysis.(d)Lab testing including triaxial test, direct shear test, liquid limit, plastic limit, plasticity index, grain size, specific gravity, ground water table, soil classification, bore logs and bore hole chart, permissible settlement,unconsolidated test on undisturbed sample, crushing strength of hard rock samples recovered, unconsolidated triaxial shear test etc.(e)Estimation of SBC of soil.(f)Submitting photographic record during the process.(g)Submitting test report in triplicate, duly vetted along with detailed recommendation about type of foundation required.

Material and labour for trial pit excavation in any type of soil of size 1.2mx1.2mx1.5m and getting undisturbed and disturbed samples for performing necessary tests to obtain bearing capacity of soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

ARBORIC CULTURE:-Supplying stocking and spreading red earth mixed with farm yard manure vermi composit in the ratio of 3:1 including necessary pesticide treatement to the level surface including transportation from main land etc. complete all as specified and as directed at the site
