PROCUREMENT OF BEARINGS

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The intending bidder should have supplied BEARINGS value not less than Rs.5Lakhs in a single PO in any one year during preceding five financial years to any industry / Thermal Power Station / Public Sector Undertaking etc. As a proof bidder shall upload the original scanned PO copies.

The intending bidder shall be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/supplier of BEARINGS only. As a proof the bidder shall upload valid registration certificate issued by competent authority in case of manufactures & dealership certificate from manufacturer in case of authorized dealers.

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.10Lakhs for any two years among last five financial years. As a proof, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant.

The declaration duly signed in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) has to be enclosed.

Bidder shall have GST registrations & shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof.
