Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for removing / taking out burnt cables complete all specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and in layers n.exc 25cms thick without damaging pipes/special fittings as in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GI/HDPE pipe complete all as specified for the following sizes :-

(a) 75 mm dia pipe

(b) 50 mm dia pipe

(c) 40 mm dia pipe

(d) 25 mm dia pipe

(e) 20 mm dia pipe

Supply and laying in trenches steel water tubing galvanised medium grade and connections including fitting like Tee, Bend, Socket, Elbow, Short pieces connectors, plugs, and unions etc, cutting thread complete all as specified

(a) 50mm dia pipe

(b) 40 mm dia pipe

(c) 25 mm dia pipe

(d) 20 mm dia pipe

Supply and fix for gun metal gate valve (ISI) marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for following bore of pipe including taking down old existing gate valve complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 50 mm bore

(b) 40 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

(d) 20 mm bore

Supply and fix HDPE Pipe, PN 80 grade, 10 Kg/cm² pressure rating, 75mm dia complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI steel water tubing galvanised heavy grade 40 mm dia including fitting like Tee, Bend, Socket, Elbow, Short pieces connectors, plugs, and unions etc, cutting thread for column pipe of submersible pump, complete all as specified.

Taking down old defective foot valve and supply and fix new CI foot valve 50mm dia heavy duty conforming to IS-4038 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the defective induction motor of any make 415 volt 3 phase by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor from bed by decoupling with pump transporting to workshop, dismantling it completely, removing the burnt out winding, rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire of same gauge, varnishing and bringing back to site and re-assembling the motor completely with all connections and testing complete all as specified and directed for following capacity. Note : (i) Burnt out removed winding wire shall be property of contractor through schedule of credit. (ii) Cost of Spare parts such as bearing, shaft, bushing etc shall be included in the unit quoted rate

(a) Electric motor 5 HP, 415 V, 50 Hz

(b) Electric motor 3 HP, 415 V, 50 Hz

Servicing/overhauling of centrifugal pump set by dismantling completely and replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland neck ring gland rope, nut and bolts, impellers etc. assembling back the complete pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with pump and necessary alignment etc and painting with two coats of enameled paint including scraping complete and writing MES/SM, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed Note: (i) Spares shall be included in the quoted unit rate.

Supply and fixing in repairs of DOL starter 5 HP, heavy duty 4 pole contactor, overload relay, in sheet metal enclosure, with in built single phase and phase reversal protection complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair of Electric motor starter DOL type upto 5 HP motor with replacement of 3 pole power contactor MNX type 25 Amp-03Nos and Relay of suitable capacity including rewiring, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for taking up submersible pump set upto 7.5 HP from deep bore well including column pipe, 3-phase 415v,50Hz,AC, taking to workshop, opening the motor, cutting and removing the burnt windings, cleaning the starter and rotor with cleaning agent. rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enameled copper wire, make insulating the winding with same class of insulation, checking of shaft, impeller replace if necessary and taking down submersible pump and motor to same bore well including column pipe and testing and complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Cost of winding of motor included in the quoted rate, (b) Cost of repair of pump including impeller, shaft, bushing included in the quoted unit rate. (c) No extra payment will be made for any other parts/expenses.

Supply only Sand, Silex and Pebbles for MGF ACF filters of different sizes as per specified for the following sizes of vessel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) MGF of size 800mm (D) x 1500mm (H) (b) ACF of size 700mm (D) x 1800mm (H)

Supply only resin with strainer 30 Nos for filters as per specified size of vessel :- (a ) Softener of size 700mm (D) x 1800mm (H) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only of activated carbon for ACF coconut shell of activated carbon IV 900 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of EPDM Rubber gasket, 5mm thick for vessels 800 OD to 700 ID complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only nut, bolt and washers for dish of vessels of size 15mm (D) x 62mm (L), having a set of (1 bolt + 01 nut + 02 Washers) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only nut, bolt and washers for dish of vessels of size 15mm (D) x 100mm (L), having a set of (1 bolt + 01 nut + 02 Washers) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for taking out/ disconnection of disinfection system, PSF, ACF, Softener & Brine system including removal of old filter media of 03 vessels including rubbing and cleaning, loading of new filter media and fixing of valves of all 3 vessels including patch/ welding, fabricating, refilling, replacing defective/ rusted portion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing of existing PLC panel board make of Schneider/ABB, 24V DC, max. 40 IOS, Serial port 01 No, Ethernet port 01 No, Program installed with suitable WTP process logic complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Calcium Hypochlorite (65 - 70%) Chlorine content in granular form( Calcium based Granular disinfectant for water treatment for drinking water and swimming pool) in 45 KG Drum complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and washing of inside portion of semi under ground sump (round) of capacity 45000 Ltrs by at MES Pump House pumping out complete water including removing of sand/ mud/ slit/ sludge and deposit the mud/ sand to a distance of 50mtr away from UG Sump cleaning the bottom floor and inside wall using wire mesh brush/ scrubber and washing of inner surface using lime and bleaching powder and applying one coat white wash on inner surface ( once in 3 months), black synthetic enamel paint single coat in metal surface of ladder/ manhole covers etc. including writing tank capacity and cleaning date with white paint on the base is black paint at MES Pump House complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning and washing of inside portion of semi under ground sump (round) of capacity 45000 Ltrs at Tech Area by pumping out complete water including removing of sand/ mud/ slit/ sludge and deposit the mud/ sand to a distance of 50mtr away from UG Sump cleaning the bottom floor and inside wall using wire mesh brush/ scrubber and washing of inner surface using lime and bleaching powder and applying one coat white wash on inner surface ( once in 3 months), black synthetic enamel paint single coat in metal surface of ladder/ manhole covers etc. and refilling of water through water bowser as specified including writing tank capacity and cleaning date with white paint on the base is black paint at Tech Area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning and washing of inside portion of semi under ground sump (Square) of capacity 287000 Ltrs (in four parts, 108 KL, 105 KL, 21 KL, 53 KL) by pumping out complete water including removing of sand/ mud/ slit/ sludge and deposit the mud/ sand to a distance of 50mtr away from UG Sump cleaning the bottom floor and inside wall using wire mesh brush/ scrubber and washing of inner surface using lime and bleaching powder and applying one coat white wash on inner surface ( once in 3 months), black synthetic enamel paint single coat in metal surface of ladder/ manhole covers etc. including writing tank capacity and cleaning date with white paint on the base is black paint at Technical area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
