Repairing damaged Terrace tile area & Wall surface with waterproofing elastomeric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and Loose plaster over wall, clean surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. For walls & Terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) / Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1.5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/ Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old wood work with Two coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Labours engaged for shifting the furnitures, rack and files, existing place to required places in each floor etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of Medium Shade Net of approved quality made of UV-stabilized High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) fabric weighing not less than 120 GSM, and of approved green color, securely fixed over a suitable frame as directed. The net shall be warp and weft knitted to prevent unraveling and shall be resistant to ultraviolet rays, moisture, and fungal attack. The material shall be free from cuts, tears, and manufacturing defects, and shall have a minimum life span of three years under outdoor exposure. The frame shall be provided with country wood lipping on all exposed sides, using well-seasoned, first-class country wood, free from knots, cracks, and sap. The wooden lipping shall be 50 mm wide and 20 mm thick, planed smooth, and securely fixed with screws to the supporting frame to hold the net firmly in position. All timber surfaces shall be finished smooth and given one coat of wood preservative or primer. The work shall include cutting, stitching, hemming, and fixing complete in position as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include cost of all materials, labour, tools, and conveyance for a complete finished item of work.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

UPVC Ventilator Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
