Earthwork excavating and depositng on bank withan initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in sand, silt (or) other loose soil, wet sand( or) silt not under water, light black cotton soil sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth as standard specification 20 B including refilling charges asper standard specification ( For Building work)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing form work for centering and shuttering for all Plain and reinforced concrete works including strutting and removing the same after the specified period etc., complete as per standard specification

b) RCC Plinth Beam & Pillar With Props

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete. footing

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of R.T.S rods including cutting, bending, straightening of rods and tying the reinforcement with necessary binding wire including all cost and conveneyance of materials to site and all labour cost etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of M.S Grill works including all labour and material charges etc.,complet as per standard specification

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Plastering with cement morar 1:3 mix, using 10mm thick with all cost and conveyance of material and labour charges etc., complete asper standard Specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of 1st class quality and of approved color over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc., complete and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required

Painting new iron work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved)
