Removal / taking down of existing roof treatment incl under layers of cement screed, taking down from roof incl concrete / bitumen gola along with wall junction where ever occurred and disposing out of MOD land all as directed by Engr in charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Treatment of roof with reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane of 400 micron thickness having SRI of 130, tested as per ASTM E 1980.The coating should have water absorption less than 1% as per IS: 101 (P-7/Sec-1) 1989, with the ability to resist heat type 1200C as per IS: 101 (P-7/Sec-3) 1990 having VOC less than as per ASTM D 3960 and should have excellent resisitance to transmission of ponded water upto 3.5 bars of pressure for 7 days. The waterproofing membrane will be laminated with 25-40 micron thick transparent Nano modified composite crosslinking polymeric coating with a minimum of 40% solid content as per IS: 101 (P-8/Sec-6) 1993 and also should pass Impact test as per IS: 101 (P5/Sec-3) 1988 along with having dust and water repellent and anti grafetti property passing scratch hardness test of 500g as per IS;101(P5/SEC2). The Polymeric coating should have a self-cleaning and easy-to-clean property with excellent weather stability and DPR (Dirt pickup ratio), preparation includes pressure wash cleaning to remove all dust, fungus, etc., with pressure washer after repairing the existing roof having old bitumen membrane by filling cracks, potholes, holes with waterproofing compound having compressive test as per IS-4031 part6-1988 and permeability of water as per IS;2645-2003 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down of existing GI pipe line or PVC rain water pipe and refixing in the same location with necessary adjustments required at site and directed by Engr in charge with all necessary fitings and fixtures reqd complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric n exc 4 kg weight per sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. of ORs single including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing rubbish out of mod land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in Cement morter or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches , pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Work involved upto four storey bldg, necessary arrangements like scafolding, safety belts, hanging arrangements & all safety arrangements including in the unit rate)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair/unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement in mixed with WPC liquid @ 200 ml per bag of cement on walls (Rate for WPC deemed to be included in the quoted rate) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work involved upto four storey bldg, necessary arrangements like scafolding, safety belts, hanging and all safety arrangements including in the unit rate

M&L for preparation of new plasterd wall surfaces and applying 1.5 mm thick JK / Birla wall putty as per manufactures instructions, surfaces to be finished even and smooth over a coat of alkali resisstane primer and applying two coats of exterior emulsion first quality (APPEX ASIAN/ Weather coat (BERGER)/ Weather shield (ICI) or equivelent (as approved) of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in copings, apex stones, bed plates, mass filling in any shape and in any location including weathering, slightly round or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of post holes (or similar holes) in Hard/Dense soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good final finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete including required formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts (required size, shape and length), fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm and n exc 250 sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops incl side hooks for fixing barbed wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size, shape or any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) as in doors or gates of angle, flat iron for fixing chain link fencing (including required nut and bolts) or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick (approved colour) machine cut Granite work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plat-forms and like, bedded with 20 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including grinding, and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.
