GEAFU-71/2026-27 REPAIR/MAINT OF CENTRIFUGAL PUMP/ SUBMERSIBLE PUMP, MAINT OF WATER FILTRATION PLANT INCLUDING REPAIR CHEMICAL FOR WATER FILTRATION AND PAINTING OF RCC TANKS ALONGWITH CERTAIN ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN NATHATOP

M&L for taking out /lifting of submersible motor with pump of capacity above 20 HP to 30 HP, 3 phase from sump and transporting from pump house at AF Stn Nathatop to Udhampur work shop, dismantling for carrying out necessary repairs / renewal of parts of motors or pump and reassembling complete motors/pump sets & reinstalling the same after necessary repair to site complete all as directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed included of transporting.

M&L for overhauling of submersible motor above 20 HP to 30 HP, 3 phase, dismantling for carrying out necessary repairs / renewal of parts of motors such as cleaning of cable joints, inspection of oil / water chamber with gasket, checking of thrust bearing, impeller , bushes, head, sleeves, windings insulation, coupling, shaft , nuts and bolts if necessary, applying grease as required and reassembling complete motor set complete all as directed. Note:- (i) New spares/parts shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate items listed here-in-after. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed included of transporting, repair and overhauling complete.

Supply only the following spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under item No. 5 to 11 of this schedule.

M&L for cutting and re-winding with supper enameled copper wire as per existing size for submersible motor of capacity above 25 HP to 30 HP , cleaning the slots and checking for defective stampings and replacing the same with the new stampings made out of silicon steel of same size and thickness duly applying the insulation and assembling the stampings with super enameled copper winding of same gauge and same number of turns as per existing, including, tapping the winding and bringing out the coil connections for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC including pre heating the winding proper insulation material, varnishing and drying the winding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only thrust bearing block as per existing make suitable for submersible motor of capacity above 20 HP to 30 HPcomplete for submersible motor of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only renewal worn out gun metal bushing suitable for submersible motor of capacity above 20 HP to 30 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sleeves of end plates suitable for submersible motor of capacity above 20 HP to 30 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only studs with nuts of required length & dia suitable for submersible motor of capacity above 20 HP to 30 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ball / bush bearing as per existing make suitable for submersible motor of capacity above 20 HP to 30 HPcomplete for submersible motor of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Pump Shaft suitable for submersible motor of capacity above 20 HP to 30 HP complete all as specified and directed.
