Scaffolding: Providing two legged scaffolding using blue - gum post or best quality bamboo posts of 4m overall length, the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows with two horizontal posts including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to setup and providing a platform with country wood plank of 40mm thick and 1m width, etc., in a complete form using coir and nail with handrails for the safety measures, etc., including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete. to a height upto 10.5m and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Concreting in 1:1.5:3 mix 50mm thick using 6mm chips over concrete surface after removing the peel off/ damaged concrete with nito bond EP as directed by Engineer at site including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing position of TMT bars of required dia wherever necessary including straightening, cutting, bending and placing in position and binding all complete.

Reinforcement Welding: Labour charges for welding of TMT bars to the main reinforcement of structural members to required lap length as per the site condition / instruction of the Engineer incharge.

Anti - corrosive steel coating: Exposing the existing reinforcement bars in the repair area and removing all loose scale and corrosion deposits by wire brush with "Reebaklens/Sedi rust chemical" and necessary tools. Mixing the base and hardener of the epoxy anticorrosive zinc coating NITOZINC PRIMER or equivalent and applying the same on to the prepared steel rods and complete.

Providing and fixing weld mesh 10 gauge of size 7.5 x 2.5 cm including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Patch plastering the wall in cm 1:3 mix 20mm thick over brick wall after removing the peel off/ damaged plaster surface with nito bond AR at 1000 ml for an average area of 8 m2 as directed at site including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Removing the existing 1000 lits capacity PVC tanks from the present location (above pedestal) and fixing them in new location (above the RCC slab) as directed by the Engineer at site. Rate inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying of 1000 lits capacity PVC Water tank of sintex or equivalent make of ISI mark as per IS code with necessary accessories lead, lift, transportation, labour charges and devolution of damaged PVC water tank scrap to the central store etc., complete.

Supplying, laying and jointing 32 mm PVC pipes (having working pressure 10kg. / sq.cm) of cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials with necessary clamps, scaffolding including cost of material, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site..

Supplying, and fixing of 32 mm dia gunmetal gate valve, including threading and fixing specials with necessary clamps, cost includes all material, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC 110mm dia down take pipe - 6kg/sq.cm, having ISI mark including the cost of PVC pipe, all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Laying Cool roof tiles/white roofing tiles of size 300 x 300 x 10 mm in CM 1:3, 20mm thick mixed with Conplast X421 IC @ 200 ml per bag of cement over the roof surface after dismanlting the pressed tile, with proper slope including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, transportation etc complete.

Painting two coats with ready-mixed plastic emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc., complete and including plaster of paris, putty wherever required.

Painting the ornamental M.S. grill works with two coats of enamel paint including labour charges, thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc., complete.

Supplying, laying and jointing 63mm dia PVC pipes (having working pressure 6kg. / sq.cm) of cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials with necessary clamps, scaffolding including cost of material, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
