Repair of Spring at Sheli Gaval in V.P. Cola Canacona Goa

Demolishing laterite stone masonry in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.5 sq.m. and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sq. m. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m.

a) All kinds of soil

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc,in pipeline trenches and other foundation complete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for

a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate. 40 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:

a) All works upto plinth level

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall, wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

b) 75 mm dia

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 course sand) in foundation and basement.

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement 4 sand)

Providing and fixing coloured ceramic tiles spartek or equivalent of 12 " x 12" (399x150 mm cut size) 6 mm thick in skirting and dados on 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with cement slurry complete

Precast terrazo tiles 20 mm thick with white, black or white and black marble chips of size upto 6 mm laid in floors, thread of steps & landings 25 mm thick bed of lime mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles incl. Rubbing & polishing completed with precast tiles of .

b) Medium shades using approximately 50% ordinary cement.

Providing and fixing 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bar drawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc. all complete including white wash washing of rail posts etc. all complete.

Providing and fixing M.S. grill of required pattern in wooden frames of Windows etc. with M.S. flats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by by screws. (a) Plain grill.

Steel work in single sections (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG & using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only) including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

c) In flats exceeding 100mm thickness.
