Construction of Single D type Qrs. at Malkangiri for Residence of Tahasildar, Malkangiri as per Lr. No. 1498 Dt.09.01.2026 of Revenue and DM Deptt. Buildings.

Dismantling brick or stone masonary in lime or cement mortar under 3m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead.

Dismantling G.C.I. or A.C. sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead.

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead.

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick AS flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lifts with subdries and TandP required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supllying and filling in foundation trenches and ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm. In depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, TandP required for the work etc. comlete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion ( 1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labouurs TandP etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, TandP and providing cement concrete ( 1:2:4 ) with 12mm size crusher broken hard black granite chips including watering, curing,cost of all materials, conveyance of all materials to work site with payment of royalty, all taxes etc all complete as per P.W.D specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) on foundation and plinth using bricks of 9inch size having a crushing strength of not less than 35 kg per sq.cm with dimensional tolerance +8 percentage after immersing bricks for six hours I waters before use with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular muolding chamfering, corbelling, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, convyance, royalties, taxes of of all materis cost of all labour all TandP etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 2.5cm thick Damp proof course with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of wall including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour and TandP required for the work etc. complete in all repsect as directed by the Engineer in charge.
