Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Voltage Stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 30 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, commissioning & testing XLPE LT cable, 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, heavy duty, armoured, multistranded aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core, laid in trenches, fixing on wall/ poles, under road crossing etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work, sand cushioning and brick covering shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, laying of cables etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub class 'B' brick, old size, as in coverings, protection to the eletric cable, laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry river sand, laid in trenches for cable protection, as 15cm thick below the cable and 8cm thick above the cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

M&L for earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised iron strip of size 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel, connected to earthing test point with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipments, adequated quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 40mm thick RCC (type B-1) cover with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm thick with lugs - 02 Nos and 6mm dia round bar handle and 20mm bore GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wiremesh and 40mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of earth lead upto equipments max length 7.5 mtr, complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained, the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
