Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Screening road metal, Chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), using limestone, sand stone, flint or quartzite, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as serial item No. 3 as above, but except material. Note : Stone aggregate obtained from item No. 1 shall be used, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L premix bituminous macadam 50mm (consolidated thickness) with 4% binder content using CRMB 55 (Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen) by weight of total mix, laid, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required to gradient and camber etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i) No extra allowances shall be admissible to the contractor if the bitumen content is required more than 4% by the weight of total mix as per approved design and on minus side it will be recovered @ Rs. 50.00/kg of bitumen irrespective of any purchase price. The contractor shall quote the rate accordingly. (ii) Before carrying out bituminous macadam initial level final level both shall be taken and accordingly level sheet and level register shall be prepared. Level sheet shall be signed by the Engineer-in-Charge and contractor which shall be produced during technical check of RAR / Final Bill.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen by weight of total mix. The binder shall be CRMB 55 (Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen), rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to potholes any depth, area not exc 1 Sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix as specified for bituminuous carpet, well rammed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for White/Yellow for hot thermoplastic road marking paint 2.5 thick including drop on glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, 10cm, 15cm widths on bituminous surface using asian paint burger, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of Raised pavement marker (RPM) with polycarbonate lens electronically welded with the RPM body. The marker shall be extremely high reflectivity and high impact resistance in all weather conditions, scartch proof and abrasion resistant mircroprismatic polycarbonate lens with polycarbonate reflective panels with dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection. Dimension: The dimensions of the marker is height ; 15.88, width; 101.6, lenght; 89.20mm. The marker conforms to ASTM D4280 & is in accordance with MORTH circular referance no. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO III, dated 11th June 1997. Marker shall be fixed with adhesive and no nails shall be used to affix the marker and shall be marked with manufacturer name, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of Solar Stud with 6 LED lights of overall size 125x125x25 (mm) made of Aluminium Alloy Body, solar panel and battery. Consisting of brightness sensitive auto-switch to automatically turn on at night and turn off at day times. Dimension: The dimensions of the solar stud is height ; 25, width; 125, lenght; 125mm. Fixed with adhesive and nails shall be used to affix the marker or as per manufacturers instructions and shall be marked with manufacturer name, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface dressing in hard/dense soil n exc 15 cm deep and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in copings, kerbs and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed incl necessary form work as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
