(Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

M&L Painting to existing steel four pole structure of 11 mtr height including mild steel work like cross arms, clamps, pipe channel, bracing etc after cleaning and prepration of surfaces painting externally above painting depth with one coat of aluminum paint over and including a coat of aluminum primer including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole numbers in 15 cm dia with approved colour in circular and making 03 Numbers & 02 Numbers of bands & strips with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole to 1.5 mtr height of pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cutting of bushes & tree branches upto 3 Mtrs height of pole shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate.

Supply, errecting and installation of steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) duly painted with two coat of black bituminous paint through out, internally and externally up to planning depth and painting remaining portion of pole with two coat of aluminium paint to the entire exposed surfaces over and including one coat of red oxide primer making/painting three Nos circular strips each of 30 cm wide with one yellow and 02 Nos black colour strip synthetic enamel paint and marking pole number with black paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape ors size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of alumn paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlling top cover of transformer 11/.440 KV of capacity upto 750 KVA , any make for repair / replacement of HT / LT bushing of transformer or for replacement of top cover gasket or for inspection of transformer or for minor internal repairs of transformer all including draining carefully transformer oil as required / upto the required level and refilling the same, re fixing the top cover of transformer after completion of the work including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note - spare parts will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling old u/s HT 11 KV bushes and fixing in replacement of HT Bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washer, nuts, lock and rubber seal suitable for transformer of capacity up to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 80 above but exceeding 250 KVA not exceeding 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old u/s LT bushes and fixing in replacement of LT bushes porcelain Vitreous with brass spindle threaded with washers nuts, locknuts and rubber seal for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity not exceeding 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 82 above but exceeding 250 KVA but not exceeding 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to the leaks of transformer from tap switch/ fins/ any pats of body, by replacing gasket/seal, or Repairs to the leaks of transformer body / fins, by welding / brazing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old burnt winding and rewinding of HT/LT coil of any type, capacity and make of transformer with approved quality supper enamelled copper wire/ strip of approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns along with allied materials like cork sheet, fibre glass insulations, paper insulations, cotton/ Empire tap and tube wooden blocks bolts, nuts and washer (Brass) soldering and other packing material etc. all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of temperature gauge circular dial type of standard size and dia suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer upto 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement and full fill up fresh silica gel in assembly at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Top gasket made of 3mm thick cork sheet with suitable holes for 33/11/6.6/0.433 KV transformer of any type/capacity including providing suitable size of bolts, nuts and washer for transformer top cover complete for any capacity/size transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically, open the cover of transformer any type/size and filteration and dehydration of Transformer oil for 33/11 / 6.6 / 0.433 KV transformers, with stream line mobile filtration plant (To be provided by contractor & quoted prices deemed to include its hire charges) at a temp from 60-75 degree celsius to achieve the dielectric strength of oil 60 KV or over at standard gap as per IS 335 of 1993 (Fourth revision) to remove the moisture from winding and core complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Filtration should be carried out in OFF position, therefore generator and cables will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (b) Test result will be recorded before and after filtration of oil and submitted to Engr-in-Charge in a prescribed manner.

Cleaning of transformer of size 63 KVA to 315 KVA outer surface suitable for painting and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine of light grey colour or as directed including transformer accessories such as radiator, conservator tank, marshalling box and incl writing SM No/size/ feeder name etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 90 above but of transformer of size 315 KVA to 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking/writing feeder names/ SM No / MES No for HT/LT Electrical Eqpts like VCB, Tfrs, LBS / RMU/panels etc with synthetic enamel paint of Make Asian paints Ltd. Or Stickers equivalent of approved color complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing with GI plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI strip of size 32x6 mm up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of brass and protected by light grade 40mm dia upto 7.5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including taking down old unserviceable and making test point and all connections complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting, trimming of branches along the OH conductor of LT/ HT line within 2 mtr distance along both side of line and strictldispose them at suitable place complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For excavating the installation surface upto 20cm after removing all old Coarse aggregate from installation and spraying the grass killer herbicide, the old aggregate need to be spread at same old location all as per required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants/ shrubs complete inside/outside the installations all around and surface excavation not exceeding 15 cm depth levelling the ground and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Transportation of Transformer from site E/M yard to workshop for repairing and from workshop to site /E/M yard after repair etc of capacity upto 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The rate deemed to be included of transportation charges.

Material and labour for dismantling of HV/LV coils of transformer upto 750 KVA (33/11/6.6/0.433 KV) and segregating, serviceable and unserviceable coils, serviceable coils shall kept aside for reuse after complete varnishing and testing of each coil including removal of complete core and accessories such as HV / LV bushings with metal parts, oil temp indicator, winding temp indicator and disconnection of OTI, WTI complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Rewinding of defective HV / LV Coils shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. The rate deemed to be included of all tools and plants.

M&L Installation, commissioning, testing of transformer up to 750 KVA by connecting all HT 33/11/6.6/0.433 KV connections, earthing connections, control cables for various protections, indications, metering, connection and bezels connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Open the cover of transformer any type/size on site and filling in with new transformer oil low viscosity of approved make as per IS-335 of 1992 including heating of oil and die-electric strength 60 KV when tested at 4mm gap complete all as specified and directed.

S&F On load change over switches in open execution as per required make 4 pole4 15 V, 50 Hz 250A conform to IEC 947-3, EN-60947 AC 23 A front operated complete all as specified & directed.

Detection of any type of fault in HT underground Line (laid in soil at plane area or forest area) with the help of Cable fault locator machine. Cable fault locator with carring vehicle will be brought by the cable fault detection agencies. Span of faulty cable will be trace out by the agencies by meggering HT cable. Note : 1. Detection of fault in one span of length will be measured as one Job either machine placed from one side or both side of the cable. 2. Technicians will be employed by the working agencies. 3. Earth work and taking out will be measured and paid seperately. 4. Material for repair and replacement measured and paid saperately. 5. One job shall be measured if the fault has successfully identified by the fault locator machine or removing moisture in the cable if required.

M&L for painting to LT Panel/steel structure such as cross arms, clamps, pipe channel, bracing (both side will be considered as one unit) etc after removing ,scraping cleaning etc to old paint using shyenthic enamel paint applying two coat (one as finishing ) over one coat of red primer oxided by paint spray gun including marking/ written indication sign/ words in diffrent colour etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Paint colour shall be approved by Deptt.

Supply and errect in true vertical position LT electric pole, Octogonal Pole, hot deep galvanised, with base plate of 220x220x12 mm thick, 07 Mtrs Long, top dia 70mm, bottom dia- 135mm, thickness of sheet- 3 mm, including Single arm GI bracket, inbuilt cable junction box with door, connection plate, MCB 6A, duly connecting existing LT UG cable, cable lugs, work included necessary earth work and RCC foundation as per manifacturers recommendation ccomplete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work, PCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendation included in the unit rate.
