Notes for Sl Item Nos. 1 to 3 :- The quoted rate is deemed to be included of following :- (i) Daily maintenance and including greasing, lubrications, minor repairs, emergency fault rectification etc, with necessary T&P. (ii) Cleaning of entire installation and surrounding area shall be carried out daily and sanitation system shall be cleaned and kept hygienic. (iii) Approval of Engr-in-Charge shall be taken before employing manpower.
